The place has issues like not being very clean (3/5), poor service/bad staff attitude (2/5), poor bathrooms (2/5), moderately comfortable beds/linen (3/5), non-functional safe etc, all of which could be tolerated due to the close proximity of the hotel to the Mosque but dor the elevators! The place has only 3 guest elevators ( each with max. capacity of 10...

The hotel is well-located near the holy mosque. There is a souk downstairs and several other shops, and take-aways. We were a party of 5 and had a suite which consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (which was a problem), a mini sitting area and mini-kitchen. Lifts were slow, small and always full. Housekeeping was haphazard and not done properly...

We were a travelling party of four adults, and three small children. We only stayed here one night but had a nice stay. The lobby is a bit crowded, but our room (3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment) was comfortable and clean enough. The wifi worked fine in our apartment and the beds were comfortable. The room was pretty cold at...
