We arrived at the Hotel around 4 a.m. in the morning, the taxi unloaded our baggage on the pavement, my wife stood by the baggage; I went inside to ask the Bellboy to take our baggage, to my surprise he refused saying... Worst hotel i've ever stayed in which claims to be a 5* and is sold as a 4* but is really a motel at best. Please i beg you not to stay here. The hotel had unclean rooms, the walls were dirty, the furniture seemed like it was 100 years old the beds were horrid, the carpet was disgusting and... More

The only benefit is its very near to Masjid Nabwi. Hotel seriously need up-gradation, carpet was not much clean, there was a nail on sofa which hurt me. Fridge was not much clean but was working fine. Elevators are overcrowded, during my stay I found that they turn off 3 elevators out of 4 (on one side) due to which... More

This hotel is definitely not a 4* or 5*. It should be 3*. The only good thing is it's very close to ladies entrance. Their breakfast was always the same and cold. Housekeeper was okayish. You had to call atleast 2-3 times before they deliver something to your room. The internet connecrion is really really slow. You have to be... More

Met our basic needs of being clean, comfortable and spacious, extremely close to ladies' gates 25/26 and food outlets and cheaper compared to other hotels in the same area. The check in and out was smooth and the lifts for the 5 out of 6 days we were there were readily available and not crowded even at peak times. Breakfast... More

WE have been there for Umrah with my family from 29/5/2016. the hotel is in the second row of buildings from the Haram very close to gates 26 and 25 (women gates) so its location is very good. We asked for connecting rooms and they provided. One of the best thing of the hotel is that they play the azan... More
