Thank you to the nice young lady at reception who allowed me an early check in.
My room number 7 on the ground floor was very nice and the wardrobe contained a proper iron and ironing board, not the cheap ones that you sometimes get.
The bathroom was nice also and had a great shower as well.
The breakfast buffet was quite good with a nice variety to choose from. The restaurant is popular at night also.
There is a shop next door to the hotel and a laundry is s few doors further down.

Staff were professionals and accommodating. Service was quick. The breakfast menus were simple and delicious. I appreciate how they checked the quality of their food. They just need more refurbishing of the place to make it more lively and pleasant to the eyes.

I've booked a standard room with full breakfast included during my short stay in Dammam. Check in was fast and the receptionist was pretty welcoming. The room was indeed very spacious and clean, but still needed some renovation, a bathroom in particular. The window view was not that enjoyable as it was facing the wall of the opposite building but all rooms with sea views were sold out unfortunately. The bed was very comfortable, sleeping quality just great. Breakfast selection could be better in my point of view. Hotel has a free luggage storage. If you are looking for a short stay this property is good option. Should I travel to Dammam one more time in the future Park Inn By Radisson will be the option I will definitely consider again.

We stayed two nights at Park Inn Radisson in Dammam because it has a sea view and was among the top recommended hotels in the area. While the building is dated, the staff were courteous, the shower and bathroom are well done, and even the room service was sufficient. However, noise from honking cars of a party arriving, and noise from the same party, made in the hallway, awoke us at midnight. As well, there can be noise from the parkway We can put aside the brief noise from a party. However, the most disturbing issue is that a very expensive and sentimental wedding ring went missing from our room. After reporting the missing item, at least 7 hotel staff took every part of our room apart to search for it, which made for good show but was predictably useless since we weren’t playing catch with it. Accusing anyone of taking something is never going to get anywhere. Nevertheless, during the search a staff member confided that phones have gone missing. What we lost is far more valuable than a phone and, two days later, I’m yet to hear from upper management about the situation which makes me think it has not been reported above. While, guests are responsible for their things we should have been able to leave something in our room while we stepped out without worrying if it would be there. As people who travel regularly to Dubai, Thailand, Bahrain and Egypt we have never had personal things go missing.

We would like to assure you that your complaint about the ring was taken seriously and that is why there was a good number of people searching. The employee who entered your room to clean has a proven record and has been with us for a long time. He was questioned but nothing was found. We do not have any missing item complaints as if it happens it is found at the lost and found department. We are sorry to know that you missed your ring and we do hope that you find it. We have searched your room again after departure removing each piece of furniture but again nothing was found.

Bathroom cleanliness, stains on, toilet bowl, etc can be better. Efficiency of service needs improvement as it took hours for water to come. However when I needed an icepack they delivered, thank you. Rest is good

I was given an upgrade to a suit that is saturated with cigarette smoking smell. Really awful, I am asthmatic and the frint desk counld not provide a replacement. Could not sleep well because of the smelly room. Management need to do something about this. When complained to front desk that they should have non-smoking rooms, they told me that this is actually a non-smoking room but the previous guest did not care and was smoking all the time. What kind of service is this ?

We booked here on our excellent experience at the Jeddah Airport Park Inn. This is not maintained to the same standard and looks dated. The rooms are large but the furniture looks old and stained. The view is not great, the outdoor balcony furniture is falling apart and it is nearly 45 minutes to the airport. Everything is nearly 45 minutes to the airport so that is not a complaint about the Park Inn specifically. Highlights were the friendly staff and the breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel offers the amenities and great standards you would expect of a hotel that belongs to the Radisson Group. What is outstanding, though, is the friendliness and service level of the staff with their impeccable English. Highly recommended!

Nice comfortable stay, apt location near to city but away from noise. It was areal value for money. Room was spacious but feel they can work on the lighting( it was too dull). Breakfast spread was not much and minimal but I am happy that wastage also will be very little because of this. Gym timing was from 9 am, and feel that's a little late to start

My family really enjoyed staying at the hotel, clean, helpful staff and nice breakfast. Very close to the center of Dammam. Parking lot is more than sufficent. Staff was really helpful when we asked some requests.
