The hotel located considerably in good location. Small lobby provided with seating area. Spacious room provided with king size bed, sitting area and work desk. The bed found to be not comfortable as well as pillows. Hotel is provided with so called restaurant located on top level. From the restaurant opens view to the city. The selection of the food not great, but everyone can find something to eat. The service at restaurant found to be below the expectations. The food noticed to be leftover reheated from the previous day, the vegetables looked like it was cut the day before the serving.

It took a while to check in as it was fully booked on weekend. The room is somehow cozy. The staff was attentive and easy to deal with. They addressed our concerns fast. Breakfast was good! We will be coming back there for sure ❤️

There is no car parking service in the hotel but there are suitable parking spaces close to the entrance of the hotel .. The location of the hotel is great and there is a nearby large shopping mall .. The check in process was excellent and fast and the reception staff were more than wonderful and especially (miss. Cherine) with all my thanks and appreciation ... For the room it was good And clean the only drawback is that there is only one elevator to serve all hotel floors and this caused some confusion and delay ... Finally the process of checking out was also excellent and fast .. thank you

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in February 2015 on a business trip. It's an average hotel on king Fahad road and lied on a straight road from Dammam airport. The same road goes straight on into Al khobar Check in was smooth. However they have one old lift that sometimes stops at every floor or takes too much time to come. I saw families waiting. I was on the 4th floor. There is some parking space outside but if it's crowded you can park on back streets. The hotel itself has limited space for just 10 cars. They don't provide enough toiletries and charged me for a dental kit which comes free elsewhere. Also on the 3rd night my internet stopped working and I called reception a couple of times. There was an Egyptian receptionist who offered no help. All he said was he will switch on and off the router. Next he said our IT guy comes from 6 pm to 10 pm daily, so it meant waiting for the next full day. Next morning I went to the router as each floor has one and switched it off and then on , it worked. They are not good with room service but house keeping is good. Also they didn't give any after bath gowns.

I booked in Dammam Palace thinking it would be similar to Riyadh Palace. I was extremely disapointed with the room I was given. You have to know that the Hotel is placed directly opposite to a highway. I was on the second floor and could hear each car passing by.. It was a disaster. For some reason the beds are not so comfortable as well. Bathrooms are old and need renovation.. There was some black stuff all around the bathtub. Breakfast buffet is average. I tried asking the concierge for suggestions about places to visit, restaurants etc.. The concierge was not helpful at all.
Budget wise, the hotel is very cheap.. But there's a reason for that !

Dammam Palace Hotel located in the centre old Dammam city almost one mile from Al Waha Mall a petty shopping mall. The hotel close to the bridges road which can not be used becausedaily unbelievable congestion which is a waste of time. The other side of the hotel is the oldest area in the city of Dammam, which is not worth even crossing from the hotel. The hotel services is just okay and the breakfast is too.

Staff need training, especially for the Saudi lady in front desk who seems to be new or trainee or simply doesn't know anything at all. at the time of check in she couldn't find my reservation till someone found it on the the counter in front desk. the other time i asked for the restaurant timings, also she had to ask someone else and get back to me fro answers. the view restaurant on top floor was actually good. breakfast was good even it had limited variety. Room is clean and bed was comfortable

This hotel is easy to access on the road from the airport.
Check in and check out were pleasant and efficient. It is a competitively priced hotel in a good location.
Rooms are reasonably generous but pretty well appointed, shielded well from traffic noise, and very comfortable - for good sleep quality.
Room service is great for quantity, quality, and timing.
Very good coffee shop on the ground floor.
The most positive side to this hotel (aside form the comfort) was the great and helpful attitude of all staff with whom I interacted.
If you want a very good hotel for a reasonable price in Dammam, I would recommend you think of Dammam Palace.

I used to reserve in this hotel and it was better but currently its really very bad. Toilet is very poor and not cleaned. The AC is not cooling perfectly! Furniture is very old! The bathroom is really poor in everything! Staff is very aggressive and not helpful and no hospitality at all! I would not recommend Dammam palace hotel to any one at all!

It's one of the best Hotel in Dammam. It's adjacent to Dammam Khobar highway.Near to Dammam city.Front side is a beautiful Garden rich with green grass.''Big Pot" in front of park is an attraction.Nice Building with attractive lift.Rooms are neat and clean.Food is Tasty.
