I have been organizing conferences since the last 6 years now all across the globe. Dealing with multiple hotels and venues and their staff. My experience with Sheraton was so good that I want to post this for everyone else to experience. I cannot emphasize how helpful and supportive the staff was over the course of 3 days that me and my team were there. Shoutout to Faisal and Abdulrehman (From Night Shift) who were exceptionally helpful and assisted me at any point of time be it day or night. This shows the genuine concern Sheraton has for its guests by hiring such a high talent staff willing to go above and beyond to make sure the experience is pleasant. Shotout to John who was managing the operations of our event as well as the polite Chef who served delicious food in the buffet. Highly recommend everyone to consider staying at Sheraton Dammam be it as a guest or on business for an event. Many thanks once again Team Sheraton Dammam for your hospitality.

I first time arrived in Dammam city and stay overnight as transit hotel mid of March . And after my Saudi Offshore job, I return to this hotel in April stayed for 4D3N (13-16/Apr). This hotel has a huge area, surrounded by dates tree (I really enjoy the view). Located close to the beach area..where I spend to walk around.
My first impression was directly to the spacious room and stylish with old wooden type furniture. Looks old but classy .. Couch, wardrobe closet, working table, king size bed. Lobby area are huge and looks very classy. Good service and communication from front desk team as well.
Before Ramadhan, I had breakfast at the ground floor at the same floor to the swimming pool and garden But during Ramadhan, I had good meal at roof top (Pan Asia Japanese Cuisine restaurant) restaurant. Food was tasty, but almost same everyday. No problem for me as I enjoyed everything.
Thank you for the kindness and cheerful see service from Ms.Maria (day shift staff) and chef Ramesh for the wonderful omelette.
I wish to return back to this hotel next time. And I really want tlto enjoy the facility next tme with family .

I stayed here in June 2022 when I went to Dammam on business. The hotel is quite old and could do with a refurb but the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very, very friendly. They were very attentive and helpful. I would stay here again if I went back to Dammam.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Dammam for about 10 nights and it was not a good experience at all. It took them three days to bring me water boiler to the room, coffee machine is smelly and cannot be used. Breakfast is extremely boring and not much variety
Rooms are clean and staff are friendly but the whole system needs to be revived to bring back the old Sheraton
Will not be a place to consider for my next stay

When I visited the hotel, there was no Welcomes for the customer with the quality of dealing with clients of five-star hotels. Secondly, when I entered the room and there was a water leak in the bathroom, which means that the rooms were not checked before delivery. Third, the room TV was the size of a laptop screen.

I stayed at the hotel for one week to pass my obligatory quarantine after arrival to Saudi Arabia. Being in quarantine meant that I have to stay at my room all the time. The staff are friendly, they are trying their best to support you. Food is good, no variety and not possible to get any healthy food.
As I was in quarantine, food and staff represented a small percentage of my whole time there. Most of the time, I was faced with the room and the equipment I side it. The furniture and the equipment are too old. At 2021, you are still forced to use a room telephone where it is really hard to hear the other side because of noise, TV that will take almost 15 seconds to start, no variety of channels, unclear picture and small size tv. You will not find a little on the room, only a smelly coffee machine with one capsule and that’s it. The smell on the room is awful, and the dirt is everywhere. Coming to the bathroom, the only way to fix it is a nuclear bomb. Dirty, broken shower, weight scale not working, shaving mirror unable to fix it on a single direction.
The hotel needs to be renovated to keep the image of Sheraton name.

Hotel is very old and smelly. Carpets are very dirty and every room have uncontrollable smell of old things. They should renovate this hotel. Food is also bad. I don't recommend this hotel. If you complain and ask for another room you will wait for one hour. Not sure they are changing bed sheets properly and also there is no hatch on the door to lock it. New girls on reception still don't have experience and they can't manage everything.

We booked this hotel 2 months before our holiday. We arrived at midnight. The lobby smelled like cigaret smoke. During check in we were told that our King size room is not available anymore (aka was given to somebody else). Instead we were shown to a smoking room on a smoking floor! This was unacceptable so we complained. We were then shown to a upgraded smoking room again on a smoking floor (note that part of the same floor was labeled non smoking which does not make any sense). We refused this room as well. It was a horrible experience as it was past midnight and we had to quickly find a solution. The staff at the front desk told us that he cancelled this booking and refunded us however when we got home we saw that our credit card was CHARGED and he selected in the system a NON SHOW for us. Terrible experience with Sheraton. I will not try this brand again.

Stayed in this hotel third time in 2 months. Supposed to be five star hotel. Room size is reasonable and the furniture is old but acceptable. It seems that the water heaters are not working in the hotel. I called them as water was not hot and I couldn’t take a shower.The technician came and he said I have to keep the water running for sometime and after 10 minutes nothing happened. They changed my room. Unfortunately it was the same and the room was cold as well. Called them and a technician came but of no use. I think the systems in the hotel are failing. The toaster in the breakfast room is ancient. I think it will not cost a lot to replace it. Overall a very bad experience which I was not expecting.

We went for a dinner in the Italian restaurant but upon entering the restaurant the host was not good, we ordered the pizza and lasagna but food was disaster. How you serve to the guest a burn pizza? We pay for the pizza and eat as we don’t have any choice but really it was disappointing as it’s burn and not good. You need to level up the service satisfaction and the food as well.
