A cozy contemporary-style hotel. Opened few months ago in this quite and sophisticated part of the city. Close to many shops and Cafes, and the Sea Front is a short drive. Quite rooms, and comfy beds add to the friendly & helpful staff . Would give it a 4**** Stars evaluation based on long stay. Will definitely be my choice when staying in Dammam.

Rather an austere setting in seemingly the middle of a plain dusty residential area. The reception staff were excellent, rooms and corridors darkly lit and everywhere plush, splashy patterned carpets. While it has a pool it seemed to be never open for men. Breakfast was nicely laid out but dull in terms of international variety. The bar served delicious sticky cakes and a variety of fruit beers - try strawberry! Down town is a 10minute taxi ride away but nearby 5 mins walk either side is a good restaurant - ‘the Madina’ serving excellent food Moroccan/Arabic food (no tables - all on carpeted floor - and the other side has a convenient Panda supermarket and Kebeb Cafe. THe en-suite in room 407 was spotless, no bath, but had huge rainfall shower. Stayed 5 nights, comfortably accommodated but uninspired! Didn’t try the hotel restaurant during my stay. For Ladies there is a salon adjacent to the rear of the hotel.

Unobtrusive, rather faceless house, located a bit out of the way. Rental car definitely recommended. Quite tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms, extensive, good breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended for one night.

The hotel is cozy and very clean. The staff assure making your stay a marvelous unforgettable one; Sultan at the reception, Prabah and Chandan at the Ma plaisir restaurant Abdul rahman at the coffee stand but especially Mr Hassan Aboushanab hospitality was tremendous. The breakfast open buffet is a mixture of oriental and continental food with great varieties, the dinner varieties were exquisite. Parking is present. I even found a salon at the back of the hotel. The R floor contains a closed safe pool, Gym and spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dammam as it is easily accessible by Uber or taxis and there are mall nearby.

How can I begin with this terrible hotel? The room service food is terrible ,the burger bun is solid as rock like a frisbee, the check out process took over an hour and the reception manager was very rude and refused to give me a bill for my staying with them, it was a bad experience and I won’t stay again with same hotel company again.
