The hotel is bigger than what we booked. It is clean and calm. Furniture are still in good condition as well as the room itself. The only thing I noticed is the room smell. It smells like as if it is a smoking room. The smell retains in the room, sad to say. The Hotel is quite old and the pool isn't working that time maybe because of health measures.

Hotel is situated nearly hour drive from airport
location - near Cornish well connected in city. Cornish is nice place for a stroll and marina mall is situated nearby.
Food - complimentary breakfast was good. Restuarant in lobby does not have good choice of food, no vegetarian dishes at all. Menu card shows pizza but actually they don't have it to serve. Any way Indian restaurants like Shezan, anarkali and copper Chandni are situated nearby. You have many eating options for Chinese food. McDonald's and Pizza Hut are also in vicinity.
Ambience - big, comfortable and clean rooms
Wifi - free in hotel , but poor or signal not at all present in room
Staff - was helpful

Note - Expats should carry passport every time in Saudi even if you go to adjacent restuarant.

Rooms are well equipped, clean and of good size to stay some days
Breakfast is usual for this kind of a hotel.
There are some shops and restaurants around the hotel, but as usual in the city, streets are made for cars and not for pedestrians. So you need a car or taxi for your mobility.

we had been to their Night Barbecue Buffet.. worst ever. No varieties. they served us just a plate of barbecue & that's it. when my guests went to take more & the chef said that he cannot give as it is limited to 1 plate only. OK I agree but why should this Hotel advertise it is "Barbecue Buffet" with grill stations?? Apart from this, waiters are most unprofessional, they were not ready to refill the buffet. dirtiest washrooms. Highly disappointed. waste of money. My guests laughed at me. LoL..

woman at the reception has no respect. She was all the time on the phone and she let us waiting like more than an half hour. It wasn't that busy. But it's disrespectful and not friendly.Wifi doesn't work @ room 223. It works only at reception...don't go there it's terrible!!! Rooms are not clean and the air-conditioning makes a lot of noise.

Nice place to stay. Location close to the Corniche. Spacious room, comfortable beds, fast wi-fi. Good variety for breakfast. Staff is helpful. Really pleased with our one night stay there, good experience.

this hotel is not one of the best hotel i've ever put up but, at same time, is not one of the worse. simply is a normal hotel!
room are all in all clean with a good size, all the employees are courteous and restaurant offers a buffet service (not really cheap).
internet connection is slow. about the fitness room...very good! there are tapis roulant, some machines (lat machine, pectoral machine, abs machine), a cage for squat and dumb-bells.

I stayed for one night at this hotel, the standard room is big enough for a family with the facilities that We needed, the location is very close to corniche and shopping malls, the staff were friendly and helpful. I wish I had a longer time but promise to come back.
