You should spend more time for training your reception staff. As a Platinum member of the Loyalty program I needed for every little part which is usually granted while staying at an Accor hotel, parts of this have even been denied. On top of this I needed to over 30 min at Checkout, because they had not prepared my registration documents and it seems they also had a lack of knowledge how to do this. In total pretty bad experience, which I am not used from other hotels of this brand.

A standard Ibis hotel located right in the city center. Small rooms, large work desk. Not all TV programs worked. Breakfast is better than average for this price range. There are, for example, cold cuts, yoghurts, 3 types of juice. The internet is not fast enough. There is a paid parking lot, but you can park for free in front of the hotel on the street. There are 3 options for business lunch, set dinner. Several cafes around. 40 minutes walk to the Kremlin, far enough. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: thermometry at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on tables, masked employees. Air conditioner doesn't work, breakfast is very poor, floor at the room is dirty and noone is going to clean it! Receptionist was giggling when I told that its too hot in the room. She said "it's very funny because its autumn now and people ask warmers so you don't have this problem" I'm really disappointed! I had to open the window and sleep with my children surrounded by many insects!!!! Breakfast was very poor! On the first day there was even no meet. When we came at 7 a.m. there were no juices, no bread, no fruits! We had to ask to bring it. Bad, bad, bad! Ibis was my favorite hotel net in Europe. I enjoyed my staying every time. I recommended this net to all my friends and followers. I will never do it again! Never. Every person/hotel/company can make a mistake. I give everyone a second chance. But the staff of this hotel didn't even try to help me!!! It's unbelievable! I paid approximately 40€ per night and I was waiting a moment I leave the hotel every minute! Shame on you(

This chain hotel is situated in the very downtown of Nizhni Novgorod. It is just a couple of blocks away from the entrance to Gorkovskaya metro station, which makes it so easy to get to from the railway station. We were satisfied with everything - the rooms, the service and the delicious breakfast.

Centrally located, good service, good breakfast, decent rooms. If you want to choose a good location with an affordable price, nice breakfasts and all-day-round service, you could easily choose this hotel and you’ll not be hugely disappointed.

It is located near to the centre. Room are wide and clean. Bathroom is new and perfect. The breakfast include all you need. People at the reception is very kind. I had a problem with wifi, it has been solved in 5 minutes.

Stayed here during the world cup and so it was ridiculously over priced for what it was. I think- the normal rate is more like £30 at which point you'd be more accepting of what you were getting. Rooms were basic, small but clean and functional. Breakfast was reasonable for an Ibis. Its probably about a 10 min walk to get onto the top of the main street. Staff were a bit of a mix, generally fine but one of the people working behind the front desk was incredibly difficult to deal with at times. Maybe he was stressed out by how busy they were. Most ridiculous thing was being accused of stealing one of their tiny thin towels. Not only would I never do it, but you'd have thought they might not throwing these accusations around when they were charging 7 times their normal rate!

Nizhny Novgorod was one of our stops on an east to west Trans- Siberian train journey. It's an easy to like city, in a beautiful setting. The Ibis room was smallish but well designed, and the hotel is an easy walk to the main pedestrianize street. However, it might be too long a walk for some to the kremlin, which is worth a visit. For T-S train riders, the train station is far away from the lovely old city - on the 'wrong' side of the river - but you can take the subway from there and there's a stop near the Ibis. NN seems to have been spruced up to host the world cup in July. Breakfast buffet was good.

Hotel similar like all ibis in Russia, same issues in the bathroom (water is on the floor after your shower). Nothing wonderful in room, just ibis standart. But restaurant was terrible. Too much newbie staff were in this evening when I was there. My waiter brought me wrong beer (in glass, when I asked in the bottle). After I asked he brought in bottle, but forget opened it. I asked again. Also he brought the soup without spoon, i asked again. Sausages was unsavory. And in menu you cann't find price for sause, it's look like you order some grill dishes and sause price included. But I found separate price for sause in my bill. I said waiter that it's abnormal and he should remove it from bill, and he agree that it isn't normal, but didn't remove it from bill. The price wasn't so big (60 rub) but sutiation was extremely unpleasant. I tried tell this situation on check-out, but nobody (administrator Shukrat) wanted hear me and nobody asked me about my stay. I chose this hotel several times for my business trip, next time I will choose another hotel.
