I just recently spent a week here, and it was a really nice place to stay. The rooms are very nice and room service is done every few days. Very cheap price for the quality of room. The toiletries, room size, and bed were all better than expected. The staff are excellent and extremely friendly (some of them speak English.) They handle all the visa registration for you if you need it. The hotel is also within reasonable walking distance of the train station and a metro station. My only complaint (not the hotel's fault at all) is that the neighborhood isn't great. I walked through it in the morning, afternoon, and evening, but I wouldn't feel safe walking through there at night (although a taxi from the train station isn't more than six or seven dollars.)
