We really enjoyed the this hotel -- and the large room to spread out after long hours of travel. The location is one block from everything. The spa is large and services were excellent, which we scheduled in advance of our arrival. The attached restaurant served local delicacies along with healthy food we are accustomed to in the US. Well...

We stayed here from 6-14 May 2017. We could not have been treated any better by the front desk staff, the doorman (Vitaly), or the restaurant personnel. We ate at the hotel every morning, (breakfast provided was full and fresh). We also ate at the hotel three evenings. It was that good. The room was cleaned and freshened everyday, all...

Completely renovated, central location, excellent staff and great food. This is one of the better hotels that I have ever stayed in.A must if you are going to St. Petersburg. They have a pool, a beautiful spa -- all the amenities of a 5 star hotel but only has 40 rooms.

A very good hotel in the a quiet area of St Petersburg. Easy walking distance from all the central sites. 10 mins to the Nevski Prospect. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly with good English. Rooms are comfortable. Restaurant has a good selection of food which is tasty. All in all good value for money.

Spent 2 nights as part of a Jules Verne package. Good hotel with very helpful staff. Food was very good but specialising in Japanese. We found plenty of good restaurants close by (10 minutes) serving Russian and Armenian. Outside temperature was close to zero but the room was lovely and warm- the bathroom had underfloor heating- lovely! Enjoyed the stay.

Lovely boutique hotel situated in a great location for sight seeing. Room was comfortable, clean and bright with high ceilings and windows and heated floors in the bathroom. Staff was extremely accommodating -- especially in the hotel restaurant with my dietary restriction which takes a lot of patience (excellent lentil soup!). The reception staff helped us with the invitation for...

This hotel was ok. Service is great. Good distance to the city centre. Room was small and arranging temperature is difficult. Good beds, but the extra bed in the room was not ok. STaff was helpfull but quality of bad was really bad (for an adult). Breakfast was ok, but not superior.

The Rossi Hotel is on the edge of the old town so is well placed for sight seeing. The hotel is clean although a little tired, the staff very friendly and the rooms a good size. However the rooms are not at all sound proofed so in our rooms overlooking the courtyard each night we were woken up each night...

We "upgraded" to the Rossi hotel - needing a twin room, and hopefully more space. The room was absolutely tiny - you could not walk between the beds. There was also a glass window between one of the beds and the bathroom. Not my idea of privacy. The room was not serviced, beyond the bin being emptied and the towels...

Simply fell in love with this hotel. Excellent service, lovely rooms, wonderful breakfast and very good location. Had reserved a de luxe room for 3 nights during Easter 2017. As none were ready upon our arrival, we were given a brand new standard room and were upgraded to executive room for the remaining 2 nights to make up for the...
