Thank you for participating at New Year’s Night “The Emperor Amusements”. That was a special annual event which brings together the guests from all over the world. We are flattered that you have complemented Victoria from Guest services Team. As you know the Hotel provides a free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the museum and back and each guest could buy a ticket to the museum by an official terminal standing by the entrance of the lobby area. Kindly be informed that there are seven banks where you can exchange your currency located next to the Hotel.     Is there an add-on fee to use the spa/pool and if that is the case how much is it? And what are the operating hours of the pool/spa?
    Yes, there is. I cannot remember exactly, but it was about $10 per person. It was just an insult to a hotel guest. It closes at 10pm.

    hi can some body pick me up from the airport pls?
    Contact the hotel and they will arrange for the hotel car to collect you from the airport for a fee. I used this service recently and it was fantastic.

    can anyone tell me how to get from the airport to the Hotel. Is there a hotel service, or taxi, or public transport. thanks
    Dear suesea002, address hotel concierge desk to have them arrange your pick-up transfer. The average price for this service in 2015 is 3500 rub. You can also take an airport taxi, but it is really easy to get to the wrong car with drivers wearing what would look like 'official' uniform and badge. Please, do not be deceived - there is no official city taxi company in Saint Petersburg. However, you get into the car they printed in your confirmation, the ride will be starting with 900 rub. You can take Bus 39 from the airport to Moscovskaya subway station and then either travel by subway (Moscovskaya - Technologichesky Institut (Blue Line), Technologichesky Institut - Vladimirskaya (Red Line)) or take Bus 3 to the center and get off at "Ligovsky Prospect Subway Station" stop and take a 10 minutes walk to the hotel.

    Hello, I have sent emails regarding the reprocessing of a credit card transaction after the credit card company mistakenly denied the charge because of fraud concerns.
