All staffs are very uncomfortable and even rude specially those in front desk .
Room condition is ok though.
I don't want visit this hotel never again because I don't want think these staffs represent Russian hotel people.

The rooms are very small if you have luggage. It was nicely appointed and within walking distance of downtown. We could see the Amur River and beyond that to China. Since we were leaving early in the morning, they brought our "lunch boxes" to us...More
