The hotel itself is good. Nice comfy rooms, few restaurants and bars, friendly staff. Personally I liked the sauna with its glass wall, so you can behold Moscow while warming up your bones - very cool and unusual. The only disadvantage I found : the location is a bit remote.

I really liked the breakfast buffet. They also gave us champagne. The SPA center starts working early - early risers can come and be alone for a while, without people), and there are few people in the SPA center somewhere in the second half until 6 pm - also comfortable.

The staff at the front desk apparently undergoes some special courses on rudeness. Even at the booking stage, the lady hung up without listening to my question. Ok, coincidence. I made a reservation on the website and made a 100% prepayment. On the day of arrival, I approached the counter asking where I could park the car and added that the room was booked. The receptionist didn’t even ask the name or what dates - he blurted out “in the courtyard”, where all the seats were occupied. But parking is declared for residents (on the website)??? again an accident? But it was already starting to bother me. A couple of hours later she returned and also started talking with notes of rudeness. And they even looked at me and forced a smile and feigned attention. I really liked the question “Tell me how it is here with us?” But why, even if it’s the first time I’ll figure it out, why bother the receptionist?

I went here on a business trip and liked the clean, modern rooms. Later I came with my family to the studio. I definitely recommend everything (new clean rooms). The only negative is the distance from the metro, when we moved in our own car everything was fine, but it takes a long time to walk to the metro with children. And it’s very difficult to catch a taxi (since there are two children). It's not even about the hotel! Everything is fine with him. And for those who come without a car with two children (it’s better to take a hotel closer to the metro)

Cozy, clean and spacious room. Delicious and varied cuisine. The hotel is located on the embankment, with a beautiful view of the river. A Pyaterochka store is located two steps from the hotel. Large beds and very soft mattresses. Cute and modern design.

I liked the service of this hotel, the meeting room is spacious, the atmosphere is conducive to solving all issues. You can even choose pillows; there is a special menu for this. Taxis are cheap in Moscow. My guess you will spend about $20 for a ride from any airport going to this hotel.
All the attractions are not within walking distance from the hotel. I understand there is a shuttle to the subway station which is a good 15 to 20 minutes walk away, but I never mae use of it. I signed up for a tour package from Singapore to the various attractions during my 5 day stay in Moscow and so was picked up at the hotel everyday.
As communicating in English is a problem, we had a local tour guide who speaks good English.
