The location is very good, the most important sight apporachable by walk the closest metro is Arbatskaya. The hotel was renovated recently. Nice rooms, good breakfast and nice hotel staff.

The hotel is old but renovated, in April 2013 they were finishing the 4th floor. Large rooms, well furbished, nicely decorated bathroom. Good breakfast, not excellent but do not forget you are in Russia.
