In Megapolis Hotel there is no possibility to get breakfast at all. I can recommend you hotel Katerina Park. Reasonable price, breakfast included. Farther from the city center, but good connetcion by the tube.

From the airport you can go by the Aeroexpress train to the Byeloruskiy Vokzal and then by tube to Prazhskaya metro station.
