Close to Metro and restaurant's.A bit hard to find but if you exit the metro and walk 1 block up Arbat St there is a bank on the corner, turn right here and walk past 2 restaurants, on your right... We were NOT offered a discount for a good review, as other reviewers seem to have been. That said, this place deserves a good review anyway. We found this to be a nice place to spend a night. As regular visitors to Moscow, we are not big fans of the extremely touristy Arbat, but its proximity to Kievskaya station made... More

It is a well located, new and clean hostel. We stayed at an ensuite room for two. It was quite good but very tiny indeed. It was a bit noisy in the morning. I think it is because of some garbage collection thing. Vitaly at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location close to a Metro station and a handy supermarket. The hotel had a cosy feel and we enjoyed our stay. The only real downside was the small bedroom - it was tiny (just enough space to get in and walk around the bed) but adequate for our needs. The bathroom was even smaller (shower right beside the toilet)... More

I'll try to be honest in this review, because the hostel DOES offer guests a 5% discount if they offer positive reviews. My friend and I stayed there in May 2014. PROS: -wonderful location off of Old Arbat Street -they will register you for longer than you stay at their establishment -good prices -room, sheets, towels all clean -quiet, despite... More

Great value for your money at the heart of Moscow on delightful Arbat Street! A real jewel, I tell you. Clean, cute rooms and great staff. Moreover, the place is very quiet. Just what you need in bustling Moscow.

As with most things in Moscow, this place was extremely difficult to find (hint, check the back of the building - it looks like a service entrance). It's very clean, the man at the front desk is extremely helpful and speaks wonderful English. The room was very small, but with comfortable beds.

Got out of metro nearby in the night and searched for more than 30 minutes on Arbat street up and down to find the hotel. Very difficult to find the hotel. Nobody knows where is it. At last found the hotel, climbed up the stairs. When they introduced me the room I was shocked: so narrow room. A bed and... More

Staying in Arbat

Neighbourhood Profile
Crowds of tourists, both local and international take in Old Arbat and its modern and gigantic peer – New Arbat. One reason visitors keep coming is no doubt Konstantin Melnikov’s famous private house, now open to the public and worthy of a visit. After exploring one of the oldest parts of Moscow, avoid the crowds and turn to the side streets and boulevards where calmness and affordable food is plentiful.
