We arrived very late and couldn't find the enter to hotel, when we tried to achieve hem by phone there was no answer. After 20-30 minutes of calling they answer and met us. We got room with one bed as we ordered, but the bedding were very dirty, toilet wasn't clean... all these an addition to not acceptable noise isolation...

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I do not speak Russian and they have staff that did speak English, available by phone and the also used a translated program on the computer. Excellent location, recently remodeled and painted. Very clean. Safe area to walk around at night. Many great restaurants open late at night. Near meter and within walking...

We've reserved rooms in this hostel several months in advance, but our reservation was lost. When we contacted the staff few days prior to our arrival, we where informed that if we still would like to have our rooms, we should make an extra payment. Not having any other choice, we agreed. When we made it there, the administrator tried...

Friendly staff, they made everything to turn our trip and stay interesting and comfortable. The place have easy access to metro station and red square. Some shops are really close and easy to find food or goods to have fun. We stayed for ten days and could stay for a entire month. Really good friends and people.

Non of us have ever experienced anything like this. There is a new staff running this hostel (which is also their appartment). A family with a 4 year old son, who woke us up every morning, opening our door and yelling at us. They gave us a fine of 3.000 rubles for waking them up the first night, when we...

Very friendly staff and good english speaking. The facilities count with a nice kitchen, good shared bathroom and comfortable living room. The double room is large with very comfortable mattresses and good heating. Great localization, minimarket and bakery on the corner of the street and just few minutes walking to lubyanka metro station and Kremlin.

Great location, though bit suspicious looking from outside (door without any names or posters in a hidden courtyard). Everything worked and was provided, I had nothing to complain since price was less than 10€ per night. Fantastic location, walking distance from red square, though that also means that everything is really expensive in that area.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hostel and Hotel "Day & Night" is located near the metro station "China Town" and Chistye Prudy, only a few minutes walk from Red Square. It is difficult to find a comfortable accommodation in the historical part of the city for so many small fee. Nearby are attractions such as the Kremlin, St. Basil's Cathedral, museums, parks. The convenient location allows you to enjoy strolling through the famous streets of the capital, a visit to cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Remove the cheapest room in Moscow and at the same time for a vacation with all the amenities is quite real: the hostel offers access to the full set of services: Free Wi Fi; cozy kitchen with cooler, toaster, microwave oven, tea, coffee, sugar and clean water; comfortable bathrooms are shared with a shower; spacious lounge for relaxing and socializing (perhaps holding lectures and seminars, viewing multimedia materials); washing machine, iron, hair dryer, dryer; provision of towels and rubber slippers. We do our best to visit the hostel felt themselves comfortable and at ease, at home, could have a rest, eat and socialize. The settlement is carried out when booking or subject to availability. Check-in is carried out in 13 hours, leaving 12 hours. Perhaps the room occupancy. Clarify the price or book a bed or a room in a hostel can be right now. Call us! ... more   less
