The hotel stands out in Moscow after the departure of many well-known chains and Brands. Oasis in Msk. Today it can compete only with Four Seasons. I've spent around 40 nights in total at the Lotte and I have no hesitation in recommending it highly. The public areas, suites, service, staff (all the staff) were always of the highest standard. I honestly can't fault it. Keep up the good work!

I have stayed with my husband at Lotte Hotel in Moscow. Everything was pleasant, especially nice room service, breakfast was very tasty and full of choice with nice coffee served. What is more, I was really surprised with your great information operators job. The girl named Elisabeth has put on many efforts to find my electronic device which was left in the room. I didnt expect to see such a high quality service. Many thanks to Elisabeth and all of the hotel staff! Concierge has also helped us to find the restaurant neraby with finest cousine.

Another great stay at Lotte Moscow! Everything from cleanliness, service, greetings, restaurants, spa is perfect!
Maybe just a small negativity; beds are too soft (orthopedic mattress would be wonderful) and a Concierge Anton who lacks smile on his face in comparison to each and every personnel in Lotte.
Another comment for the people complaining on the prices, if you are not prepared to pay for the provided service, do not even come close .... as everything in this hotel is a proper quality and you have to be prepared to spend a lot!

I was have been to Russia many times throughout my modelling career and my love of ballet, art, culture, traditions and faith among other things. I always had pleasant people and met people in positions I’d never thought I’d meet. Who were so kind. Very safe. Very kind. I actually had 1 female officer and 1 male officer on my 3rd night actually follow me to keep me protected in areas I’d wanted to visit. Highly recommend the hotel as well. It’s such a beautiful country. People have goggles on eyes for seeing bad in Russia and #Russia is AMAZING! And, the men are gentlemen and good looking.
