The staff is not customer oriented. We asked for an iron at the reception and we received it after 30 minutes. The receptionist told "I was busy, why didn't inform me, that you no longer need it, I come here for nothing".

I was made feel welcome at C/I. The attentive Bianca took the time to explain the hotel facilities and my room. The rooms are well appointed and upon my arrival there was a fresh fruit basket awaiting me. I was in my room 5mins when the phone rang, it was Bianca inquiring if I

This is a good place to stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My only issue is that twice when I stayed there (I've stayed three times), the AC did not work. However, the front desk did provide a fan.

this one is tricky; nice stuff, very friendly and responsive, yet on other hand everything rest is questionable. You can not order a lunch in a restaurant, since chef is arriving at 3PM !!?? yet when chef is there food is good, if you are lucky to get what you’ve ordered. for

Hi, can anyone who has stayed in Hotel Paradis tell me what breakfast is like
I didn't have breakfast there, but I did have several diners there. The food was generally very good. So I'd imagine the breakfasts are equally good. One thing I was disappointed with in Romania is that they don't make coffee like we do in America. They either have espresso or Sanka instant. If you ask for coffee, ask for American coffee - most places won't know what you're asking for, but some do and will bring you an actual cup of American coffee. On a related note, about a mile from Hotel Paradis there is the Iulius Shopping Mall - they have a food court there that has the best food I've ever seen in a mall.

There was no charge to use the spa while we were there. There is a smallish swimming pool (more of a plunge pool) and a hottub, though the hottub was out while we were there. There is also a sauna and steam room, showers, and an area that appears to be used for massages but we were literally the only people down there for like two hours. There wasn't any in-room information about massages or other spa services, and we didn't ask. But it was very hot while we were in Cluj and we loved the opportunity to chill out in the cool quiet of the spa area.

I read in some reviewa that breakfast is served after 10 am. I wanted to know if this is true
"Higher probably best to avoid street noise"
"Top floors for more light."
"ask for non smoking room"
"Choose a room - higher up - some traffic noise as they hotel centrally located"
"Check WiFi connection and TV. The rooms in the front semi-circle section are huge."
