This hotel on the lake was a nice surprise. My wife and I stayed in the Wallcourt building. The building reminded us of a old college dorm. Our room was on the second floor and our room was small. The mattress was not comfortable but the pillows and comforter were good. The bathroom was nicely decorated and towels were nice...

What a treat! We stayed August 24 and 25th at this lovely Inn. The staff is superlative and so friendly. The rooms are charming, quiet and comfortable. We ate breakfast and 2 dinners at the Inn dining room. The food is delicious and the service first rate. There is outside dining with a beautiful view of the Lake. The Inn...

This classic Inn is really a mansion on the lake and you have access to all of goodies it offers from beautifully furnished rooms and decks to your own boat dock-and Jackie is there to orient you and get you settled. The guest rooms are very generous in size with great lake views and quiet. There is a wine and...

After my first visit, I swore I would never return!! Well, I lied!! I did go back and this visit was 90% better!! Our food was cooked to perfection, staff was very accommodating!! We got an outdoor seat on the upper deck, the view was as wonderful as our food!! We tried the homemade cantaloupe sorbet, so yummy, I wanted...

I decided to go to the Aurora Inn for my 34th wedding anniversary. I booked a room probably a month in advance I made sure that the person l was speaking with knew we were celebrating our anniversary. Booked a room at Walcort their newest building. At the same time I made reservations for dinner at the Inn and requested...

The food is great. The atmosphere is most pleasant. The service is always reliable and courteous. So why do they have to mess things up with an outdoor deck that has a door from the indoor dining room that is always left open??? Servers certainly find it more convenient to not have to push through a door to get to...

Avoided our instinct to book into a "local" Ithaca hotel when visiting Cornell and chose instead to trek 40 miles north along the coast of Cayuga Lake. The setting is spectacular: a restored, old-timey main street with period-appropriate buildings on either side. Historic Wells College spills down the hill juxtaposing the white clapboard of the shops with red brick and...

Have stayed at this lovely property many times. It is a delight...usually. This time, could be better. The 'I'm cool because I'm a millennial' desk attendant in the evening tried way to hard and made the checkin process tedious. Coffee was cold one morning and never delivered on our third day. Shampoo not replenished. Grrrr. The property remains in good...

Having stayed at the Aurora Inn several times in the past I was excited to return and even more excited to try a new property within their group. We booked a King village view room at Wallcourt Hall. The building has been renovated beautifully and we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady. She even offered to...

Thank you for your candid feedback regarding your stay at Wallcourt Hall. We strive to make every stay with us exceptional, and it seems that your most recent stay did not align with what you have come to expect from the Inns of Aurora nor the general feedback we have been receiving. Having said that, we do take guest input...

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending two nights in the beautiful Rowland House just after Independence Day. When planning our trip to the Finger Lakes, we chose to stay Aurora simply because of this adorable B&B. We wanted a luxurious, charming room with a lake view and restaurants within walking distance. Inns at Aurora didn't disappoint —...
