Hotel was really huge. It is located in the city proper neaby to some shops, fastfood, banks, convenience and market. I love their staffs very courteous, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and acceptable though the hotel was old. Showers and aircon were functioning well. The hotel has also gym, spa and a restaurant. Their food were dellicious. I love...

We had a late night checked in and the staff was pretty accomodating. Providing us with a family room in an instant, even though the whole building was busy with all the holiday events. And the hotel location is situated in the middle of the city, so most of the shops around are open 24/7, we'll surely come back..

We really didn't have any reservations in this hotel and it was only recommended by a friend since we weren't able to catch last trip of the bus going home. My colleague just called the hotel to inquire available rooms on our way to iloilo. It is only a few minutes tricycle ride from the iloilo port so it didn't...

I stayed one night in this hotel. Its the biggest hotel in the city of iloilo and was suggested by my friend. They have free simple breakfast.. The wifi is working but the TV is not functioning. Its spacious for solo traveler and a bit pricey too.

Food will be served in 15-20min Sheets are clean. but i saw two baby cockroaches somewhere. and you will easily hear the noise in a hallway when someone passes by. Overall, I still...

a bit laid back, it's really a grand hotel with plenty rooms but its "grandeur" is a bit passed away, but you can find very quiet rooms backward. breakfast is filipino so rice, meat or fish... and the neighbourhood is rather nasty, unwelcoming, no way to find a restaurant nearby at night!

We had our grand reunion in this hotel last Feb. 06, 2016 and the event/function package includes an overnight stay in one of their room. The hotel is not well maintained and out dated; the hotel facade, the function rooms, elevator and especially the room that I stayed in. Hotel staff needs training especially the front office people as I...

“If you are a business person who needs to be online all the time, their prepaid wifi will definitely add to your expenses. I suggest you look for a hotel that has free wifi. Else if you don't need wifi anyway, this hotel is very good.”
