I had a two-night stay at The Inns. I arrived at the property at about 2:2PM and check in was quick. The room was clean and quiet but not too spacious. I had the Superior Deluxe room with 1 Double and 1 Single bed and breakfast for two. Breakfast was served between 7AM to 10AM. They had adobo, chorizo, cereals,...

From the airport the taxi drivers knew the hotel and it was about 500php and 30 minutes to get there. On arrival the staff were very accommodating and checked the room again before I entered. The room had a window but it didn't overlook much and because of the small roof space outside the window I kept the curtains closed...

The hotel's location is excellent because it's in the center of the city. SM is just 2 blocks away. The rooms are okay kind of old but well maintained and the aircon is good. The problem though is that the windows cannot be closed which can be an issue for security. Breakfast is hearty and tastes good. Overall, I'd recommend...

Prime advantage of this hotel is its location - walking distance to SM, one short jeepney ride going to Lacson St. (where city hall, Calea, Robinsons Bacolod, Citymall are located). The room is worth the price - very basic (has one set of toiletries, airconditioner, WiFi, cable TV, breakfast). The hotel staff were approachable, too.

Nice hotel in a central location. Good sized rooms but NO HOUSEKEEPING during our entire visit (5 nights). Aircon was very efficient. Massage in hotel was nice but they weren't always there! Receptionists were sweet mannered but hadn't been well trained. Fabulous live music in a bar and fish restaurant further down the street on the corner of the square.

this hotel has value for money, room is spacious as well as the bathroom. could be better if hot/cold shower working on our room. Staff at the front desk was accommodating enough to answer our needs. Air conditioning is quite a noise.

The place is much better than what we were expecting when we booked it for 3 days (It was a last minute booking btw). We do love it's turquoise motif, very relaxing while upbeat at the same time (kudos to whomever think about this). Well aside from its theme, the place is really clean and the staff were very accommodating....

You will be greeted with a vibrant colors of blue, green, and turquoise. The management were very friendly and nice. The location is wise, just in the busy street of Bacolod City. The addition of modern furniture and furnishing gave the hotel a fresh and vibrant look.

I would rate this hotel as solidly 4 stars, compared to Western standards. The staff were more than gracious and attentive, and I would like to particularly, and fondly, show my appreciation to the Restaurant Hostesses and Security people at the door. Being handicapped, they helped make my stay there very comfortable. I could go on and on, as to...

The hotel was indeed very nice. It was under new management when we visited. Location is wise, near to all establishments, restaurants, malls, convenient store. The hotel itself has a restaurant beside the lobby. Foods are good but they just have few choices specially to vegetable lovers since they only serve some kinda barbecues and food alike. The ambience is...
