Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for a night before the flight to Manila the next day. The staff are okay and the place and room are clean.
The room is on the ground floor with a window facing a wall hence a bit dark. From the window, you can see the airconditioner and a part of the inner yard with the pool. So it is not so quiet if you open the window. For a night of stay, it's fine.

My family stayed here on 15 aug 2024 as we have a few other times in the past. My wife and i were in 129 and it was terrible. Wifi didn't work like it’s supposed to. Had to use our own hotspot. The shower was only hot for one shower (only 2 of us stayed in the room). We had to have housekeeping come to replace towels that had stains and bring toilet paper as there was none there. The room was hot even though the ac was turned on full. The only people that were helpful was the doorman and the housekeeping staff. Had an issue checking out and had to have my sister in law help out as she works in the hotel business.

We stayed here for a wedding. 2 nights stay and the rooms are clean, and they are a good size. Service is great at this place. Its nice that they have a small cafe that serves food so you dont have to go outside to buy meals.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our first Bacolod trip. What attracted us to this hotel is the affordability of the rooms and we can pay for it upon arrival. Our room (standard room) is very spacious and cozy. Also, what we enjoyed most during our stay is their pool and breakfast buffet. We'd stay here again on our next Bacolod escapade!

When you book at this hotel, make sure it is perfect because all other requests are shut down. We assumed separate beds when we booked since their photo showed separate beds. When we came in closed to midnight, the lone receptionist said that's what we booked. We showed her the photo and said but that's that. We asked if she could transfer us to a room with separate beds since the hotel is not full anyway. She said she doesn't have authority to do so. Ok, so we were tired and not happy.
Next we requested for extra comforter. The housekeeper said it's for an extra charge. What?! We paid for an extra bed but thr 3rd person in the room cancelled so we just asked for the comforter that was assigned for that paid extra bed. The housekeeper said that extra bed has no comforter. I said, what? Is that a joke?!!!
So, I said just set up the extra paid that we paid for. So when he came in with all the stuff, we just took the comforter!!! Oh my goof!!
There are plenty hotels in Bacolod,if you can... avoid this hotel. Location is ok, but unfortunately, service is poor

The hotel was lovely and the service was excellent. All staff was friendly and helpful. We have been staying in Circle Inn every time we visit our family in Talisay City. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We asked them if we can leave our luggage while going to boracay, they allow us without a fuss. We will be staying in Circle Inn again next we visit our family.

Terrible customer service! They want to enter our room even when I told them were out of town just to collect the towels. Which is a total red flag! We booked 3 nights for deluxe pool room with my family including a baby. The annoying part is they kept calling every 8am if we want to eat breakfast or if they want to confirm something like, please let us sleep...! This place is old You can see the furnitures falling apart, paint chipped off and really need maintenance. Towels are like rugs thin and yellowish which they charge you P40 per piece every replacement. P200 extra even babies for every visitor swimming in the pool. Waste your money somewhere. There are other better hotels in Bacolod than this place.

Bad service!

Response from General Manager, Owner at Circle Inn - Hotel & Suites
Responded 25 Nov 2024
Thank you for your comments and we apologize for the miscommunication. Upon investigation, our housekeeper was told by one of your room occupants that they will just call if they need the room cleaned. This is quite normal nowadays as many guests prefer not to let anyone into their room during their stay with us especially if its less than 3 nights. We provide 2 pillows, 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person plus a foot towel in each room. The room occupancy is good for 2 persons but 4 of you stayed. To discourage guests from exceeding our room occupancy, we do charge for everything in excess. Hoping for your understanding as we try to minimize damage and excessive wear and tear of our room furnitures and fittings as a result of excess persons occupying the room.

This place was beautiful and accessible. We arrived at the hotel around 1900H check-in
for 10 minutes and we enjoy our night swimming here with my friends and classmates I just say we had the best experience. The food was good for taste and also budget-friendly.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, a little jaded in quality and cleanliness - has seen better days. (No complementary toiletries). Price is not as comparative for the quality. Not too far from city centre and friendly staff - prompt service. The location of the A/C unit in the rooms hardly serves the purpose.
