Detailed Reviews
We spent overnight here and the experience was great especially we have small kids. They had so much fun running and playing around. They did not really enjoyed swimming at that time as it was too windy and they felt cold.
The place is perfect especially for the kids, they have plenty of swimming pools and play ground.
Acommodation is poor, the price is expensive to what they offered. The room is poorly/cheaply constructed. The door was so noisy (made of galvanized sheet), poor lighting, not properly cleaned and have limited water/hot shower. The shower stops, so be careful not to spent more time showering otherwise you cannot rinse yourself.
Restaurant/food: they served the same food from lunch to dinner. Note, the food were there exposed all day, what was left behind from lunch is still served for dinner. NO food safety.
They don't do "made to oder" food except for sandwiches, hamburger or fries.
Staff are friendly. Booking experience thru their website was ok. Bit disappointed that they have limited information about their rooms.
They only showed limited accommodations on their website, where you are forced to book what is available but when I called them to change the 1 room I booked (as their website only showed one room available) but they had more.
Just regret that I did not book over the phone. I thought they are fully booked at that time as they have have only limited rooms available online, but maybe that was their marketing strategy as when we are there, very limited people stayed overnight.
So far, our experience was good, happy to see the kids had fun. If you are planning to stay overnight, dont expect a lot on the accomodation and food -these are very basic that caters quantity not quality!

Been here 2 days ago with my family
We rent the king kong room, but upon check in we've noticed its under construction, receptionist didn't even informed us. Bottles of beer scattered around 😔, we dont want to ruin our day so we just ignored it.., the food is ok for its price and quantity but not the taste and quality.. My daugther really enjoyed the kiddie pool and the scenery as well though the water in the pool is so cold given it was located in the mountain, they also have a mini amusement park but its not operating that day maybe because of the weather.. Overall we still have a great experienced..

This place is 2,400 + feet above sea level. Temp was at 26 degrees and back in the city it was scorching hot at 32 so this was such a great place to bring kids for an entire day of fun. They have accommodations but we only visited for the day. Entrance is at 250 pesos each for 3yrs old above. I would recommend staying at least a night if you have kids because they need to take a serious nap after a long day of swimming and running around. When they wake up, they can do it all over again. If your kids can sleep in one of the covered picnic tables this is a good option too. I personally love the cooler weather. Food served in the restaurant is competitive and tastes good. You can also bring your own food and drinks and consume it in designated areas. We went during a weekday to avoid the large crowds

After a family wedding, our family (member of 12) came to stay here for 2 nights. We rented 3 Cabins and those cabins were disgustingly dirty. The sheets had blood stains they had to change it 3 times. Each time they change it, there were stains. Cockroaches everywhere and ants. I had to complain and they moved us to their Bonita Huts. We looked at 4 Bonita Huts and 3 of them had nasty stains on the sheets. The cleanliness of their rooms are so horrible. Electric Fans were so dusty, under the beds dusty. One of the person that works there told us that with all the rooms they have there, they only have 6 room service people. They have to use a Laundry service to wash their sheets. So anything that comes back they dont care if it has stains. Their sheets and towels are no longer white!! There were no hot water, running water pressure was so low. I think we went up to their front desk 6 times to complain about the rooms and how horribly dirty they were.
Then their dining area was also dirty. Each morning we come to have breakfast, the tables have not been cleaned from the night before and ants were everywhere. I think they should just remove their accommodation part, if they cannot keep up with cleanliness. I feel like one of these days someone is going to sue them when a visitor contracts some type of disease. I was so scared of how huge the cockroaches were on the bathroom sink.

The attractions are run down, but it's basically just a swimming pool complex. Don't spend the night. Our family had to change rooms due to lack of running water in the bathroom, and water dripping from the ceiling of our suite. Burnt out lights, poor housekeeping, and bland breakfast. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Once you entered the resort, you would be transported into a diff. place as you went further into the wave pool. We stayed overnight in their regular windmill room which is located near the resto, hanging bridge and massage room. Each type of room offers unique accomodation. Each nook is a great opportunity to take great pictures. The place will be greatly enjoyed by young and old. The only thing that needs improvement is their food, but overall a great stay!

Beautiful scenery, surrounded by the mountains, we went last January, so the weather is cool and so nice to roam around. There were plenty of swimming pools you can choose. I love the view, it is sooo instagramable. We didn't stay overnight, so we had just fun taking pictures at every corner. The price of food is reasonable but the taste is not something that makes me say WOW. I enjoyed most at the sky bicycle as it was my first time.

Nice resort. Beautiful environment. Though for me, the walking is strenous, uphill, downhill, with many steps - not for seniors and PWDs.
Limited rooms for accommidation. Pricey, too. Can be the resort's improvement to add more rooms.
Only 1 main restaurant, location may be far depends on your chosen cottage, but there were food kiosks on some parts.

Room Tip: Avoid weekends. Too crowded with people comming in from nearby provinces, like Cebu and Dumaguete.

Spent almost P30,000 at your resort, expecting a great time, but it fell short. Dead bugs on the stairs and a room stench welcomed me and my family. Asked for a new room, got a Lysol spray. Toilet issues, messy plumber, and no front desk help. AC struggled, hot water issues, and no real solutions offered. Despite my concerns, only got 500 pesos back. Disappointed with the experience and hope you take this seriously for future guests.

Great experience last 2017 with the family. The area is quite massive you have a lot of choices to choose from for your children. Their water park was awesome It's big as well. What i like is their hobbit house It's like you were in the Harry Potter movie. Apart from that they have good food to eat. I hope to be back soon..my children enjoyed it a lot...

All comments as for me is very helpful for them to improved their services and facilities. Maybe it is very important to coordinate to the them before hand. Tell them what are your preferences so that they will know if they can serve your expectations.
