The room is very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of the hotels in Davao City with solar panel. The solar panel as the source of hot water. You also have access to WIFI. 0.5 km away from Adevincula Shopping Mall.

I was booked here for a business trip. I didn't expect much given the price but I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised given the positive reviews I've read. But no, it was as I had expected and slightly worse. Positive: (1) accessibility - in the centre of the city and walking distance to Ateneo de Davao and Aldevinco; cabs...

The hotel is easy to find, someone recommended this hotel for its affordable rates that's why we opted to stay for one night, much to our dismay the front desk officer on that night refused to check us in because we got there at around 2AM and early check in starts at 9AM. (Date: August 30, 2016) She just let...

I got myself a single room on the fifth floor and it was not small at all. I got a good view of the city from my window. The free wifi works fine and I was able to update my friends via FB with my posts and pics. I ordered breakfast in my room and that too was fast. The...

If you are looking at this, don't leave without addressing this, do something about it ok? The fan rooms are excelent value for money, BUT there is one problem. The fan is TOO SMALL and it is TOO far from the bed. I been to many hotels around Mindanao, even in ARMM and they had better fans. You might not...

Probably the only hotel in the world where year round, you can get a private room for just 6 dollars in such a nice looking establishment and well maintained. But careful with the staff. Everyone and everything in this hotel is gold, except behind the desk. Last year after I did not ask for a receipt and paid a larger...

Only soap are being provided, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no complimentary water. However, plated breakfast was included. We requested for hanger for clothes and bathroom rugs and it was provided. What i don't like in this...

It's my second time in Davao and I only chose this hotel because of the location and the promo rate. I didn't expect much but I think a simple cup of hot water can be provided without raising eyebrows. Location: A few blocks away from People's Park, Pasalubong Center & Aldevinco Shopping Center. You can also walk towards the city...
