Staff are friendly, good location, nightlife available just a minute, accessible for church, malls, and any other personal needs. Easy ride on jeepney going to any part of Davao city. Facilities are good but needs some more materials like in the Bathroom.

The hotel was an "ok" in terms of accesibilty and 22min away from the Ecoland Bus Terminal. The price didn't made justice to its service & rooms 1,079php. We got the double bed, literally! (2 single beds beside each other with double sized bed sheets) No wifi in rooms just in the reception, no windows, yes hot showers, soap only,...

We usually stay here while in Davao because it is so easy to reserve a room. Since we are regular customers, we just give them a call. There is a coffee shop downstairs offering breakfast and meals. Try their san rival and cookie monster cake. Nothing spectacular but i like the location (the area is safe) It is so easy...

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights-- need to transfer room 3 times-- as aircon was not good in the first room; then the next room we moved into, there is leakage somewhere and my bags were wet; then we moved again --this tie it was much better. Staff were accommodating especially when we requested to fix the shower and when we asked about commuting around town. room and toilet were clean. room was okay, spacious and with a fridge. the room we booked had another door leading to another room, so noise was a bit of a problem.

I booked online using expedia and for whatever reason their system was not synced with expedia. It took them forever to finally decided to let me in by just showing them the confirmation email I received from expedia but I need to shell out P1000 as a deposit which I can get back after checking out. Their lobby's temperature is...

Stayed for a week last August. We arrived late and we just wanted to rest, matrimonial room was really tiny but glad we were upgraded to their suite room the next morning. Their suite rooms are spacious with fridge. Needs improvement with their towels (worn out), electric outlets (not working), maybe provide some coffee n tea making facilities. Location was...

We booked our hotel months before going to Davao. They give discounts if you book online, like we did. If you will book like walk-in, I'm not sure if you will get the room that you will desire because when we get there around 11am, they only have few rooms left. Room is very basic. It has cable television but...

Rooms have television and strong airconditioning. Water temp was ok and rooms are clean. There is a McDonald's and Jollibee 2 blocks away, Mandarin Tea House next (going south). Bangkerohan market is walkable for cheaper fruits than Magsaysay Fruit Stand. Aldevinco Pasalubong Center is also walkable. Taxi from airport can cost 150php. There is a small 24hr minimart a few...

Traveled alone in Davao City and decided to get a solo room which would not cost me an arm and a leg. Having stayed in Las Casitas II in Loyola Street, I decided to try out this one in Rizal Street (for it is much nearer in Metropolis Suites where our agency's event was held). Very good location--near Gaisano Malls,...
