We have experienced the best hotel in Davao city. The best place ever! The costumer service was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, attentive and very friendly stuff and warm environment. Me and my family felt safe because of highly trained security personnel that goes through inspections. Not all people likes to be thoroughly check, but, not us. We rather like and...

My family and I stayed at the Royal Mandaya for several weeks in August/September 2016. The service here is exceptional. I've been to many hotels in different parts of the world and have never had the quality of service as here. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the bell hop to the dinning room personal to...

The staffs were very helpful, they respond to our needs ASAP The rooms were cozy and are very well maintained considering that the hotel is already old. The pool area is okay. Their buffet breakfast is a very good dining experience, there are a lot of varieties to choose from. The security is also tight, which is nice, but I...

It's located in a perfect spot in the heart of Davao. Close shopping mall like Aldevinco GMall and lots of local restaurant along the street of CM recto. 2 minutes walk to People's Park and another minute walk to San Pedro church. I will be staying again in this hotel for my next visit.

As I entered my bedroom, I was soooo dissapointed, I could smell Old, Srcary, looking at the furnitures, then the...

Me and my colleagues, rather friends, went to davao and billed in this hotel. There are some pros and cons to deal with. PROS: 1. Hassle free check in. We checked in as early as 8am without questions asked. Upon entry to the hotel, the guards are courteous and always have a smile for you. They are a bit strict...

The hotel has a very nice ambiance. It really preserves its royalty in it. I like how they treat their guest well. They never hesitate to give any help they could give just to make you feel comfortable. They really makes you feel your at home and the staffs are very approachable. I'm looking forward to go back here someday...
