This is a small property (just 18 rooms on 4 floors). Very accessible and safe location downtown - reasonable rates. Pleasant staff. Clean, quiet minimalist rooms. Comfortable bed. Linens are beginning to show some wear and tear especially towels. Wi-fi is OK. Flat screen TV....More

Stayed here twice. The price is right for a comfortable and neat accomodation.
The place is next to Sampaguita inn.
The staff are friendly.
Php1100 for junior twin ( good for 2 ) Breakfast included.
Aircon with tv.
No elevator though.
