I booked a room with a king size bed but got a small one with a queen bed. The room was so small that we didn't even have enough space for our luggage. I thought there was some sort of mistake but when I got down to the front desk and asked, they said it was indeed their room with...

Friendly staff.. attend to your needs asap. Room is clean. Poor lighting. Toilet and bath is ok. Location is Highly accessible to everything. No elevator. I suggest for a better wifi connection. To sum it all up..the stay was average ok.

Basic amenity set-up in the room. The staff are helpful and attentive. Location is good and close to the airport, it will take you less than 30 minutes. I think I will consider North Zen again on my next trip to Davao.

Location: generally quiet neighborhood but accessible, taxis and trikes abound. 5 minutes away from Abreeza Mall, 20 minutes away from the airport. Has a small restaurant just beside the inn. Service: Receptionist not too amiable but guard quite alert. Room: Clean, functional and simple. Cool window-type airconditioner. Soft bed, big wardrobe cabinet, no safety deposit box. Washroom: Strong water. Small,...

A friend recommended this place as he once stayed here. The hotel is new and I'm very glad that it's clean. The family room is spacious but you can't expect a lot from it. Remember, that this hotel only offers the most basic needs of travelers. Rooms have wi-fi connection, too. For a price of Php 1,750, it's the best...

We chose North Zen among the many hotels that our contacted travel agency is offering for 2 main reasons: first, it is highly affordable & second, almost all of the online reviews are positive. My family (a group of 7) was fetched on time at the airport and was dropped in this hotel at 1pm. Upon arrival, they said that...

They weren’t kidding when they called this “Basic Spaces”. I had a single standard booking for about Php600 (US$16) a night and got a tiny room reminiscent of the shoebox accommodations in Hong Kong. I wasn’t really expecting the Ritz but the room I got was surprisingly adequate, equipped with a flat screen TV, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The...

The hotel is new so the amenities are in tact. The rooms are clean. If you intend to stay outside the hotel most of the time, this is a very good option. There is no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage. The common spaces in each floor makes for a good space for short meetings. Breakfast offered is...

Would never thought that this hotel would offer a relaxing scene to my tiring work load. First hotel that I slept thru the night without waking to get a drink of water or go to the comfort room. Plus, event when my room was located near the road, I never heard any noise coming from the outside. Best business hotel...

Booked a standard King room at a very good rate. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the rate, and it was more than adequate. The hotel is in a great location minutes away from Davao chinatown and downtown. Will be staying here again in may!! Highly recommend it!!!
