The place is basic, worth what you paid for, nothing fancy. Good for a one night stay, not for a staycation; or maybe more than one night if you plan to be out the whole day for tours and just stay at night to sleep. There were ants in the room and the cabinet was dusty. They don't provide soaps/shampoos,... More

Clean rooms, but bath mat a little bit dark. Smiling staffs especially the FO Janine and her colleague upon our check in but I am not sure of their names as they dont have name tags, i just overheard their name in a conversation. WiFi doesn't reach our room at the 3rd floor. even in the 2nd floor lounge.. But... More

North Zen is a decent well-maintained budget-mid priced hotel in the heart of Davao City behind G Mall. The owners are hands-on and the staff are helpful. They have a spacious lounge area with natural light and breakfast comes with the room. There are 2 jeeps that ply in front of the hotel that can take you to different areas... More

I enjoyed staying here. It was modern, clean, and decent price. There wasn't much nightlife around, and you pretty much had to take a taxi if you wanted to go do anything, but I think most of davao was like that. There were a few good places to eat within walking distance, a convenient store 2/3 blocks away, and the... More

This hotel will provide you the basic necessities of having a comfortable stay. The place is clean and the rates were affordable. It's close to Gaisano Mall and there are available tricycles and cabs all over the place if you need to wander somewhere else.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Booking process was really easy. Staff actively replies to all my inquiries. It is also a tricycle away from Sta. Ana Wharf where ferries going to Samal Island are located :)

We stayed here last May 2016 and we stayed here for 10days. We booked for a twin bedroom. From the airport its far coz the hotel is near the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were assigned in the third floor. The room was small, but the bed and pillow was comfortable (sleep friendly).... More

Went here last May. Stayed for 2 nights. The place was very basic. But I liked it. Nothing fancy. Affordable and basically has everything you need. I felt secure and safe too. From airport it's not really that far. Though we needed an extra time on coming here because the driver had to search for this hotel. But over all.... More

Very good, friendly staff. I stayed about two weeks. It’s walkable to the Gaisano Mall and other food places. Only down side is the wifi, sometimes slow and breakup often. And guests smoked in the common areas with the smoke flowing into the vents and your room.
