Never go to this terrible resort. We had a reservation on Dec.15. They required us to pay 50% Down payment and we did. Going there from Alabang we took about 4 hours drive. 2 hours before we arrived I messaged them letting them know we will arrive late around 5pm. We were very tired because of the traffic. When we finally arrived the people there said we have to wait because our room needs to be cleaned... so we waited for another half an hour standing outside on the grass since they have no lobby, until I couldn’t wait anymore. I saw the employees chit chatting in the corner so I had the feeling that there is something wrong.. I asked them why our room is not ready yet we already arrived late so it should be ready by then.. after that they admitted that they double booked. The client before us extended so we have to wait because they need to clean the room for us. What terribly unprofessional people. The person in charge talked to us to say sorry but that’s it! She said it was because the hotel director was staying at our room! What the hell! I really didn’t care who was staying there they could have informed us beforehand so we could have looked for a better resort or hotel which we ended up doing anyway.. the resort was so filthy it gives a squatter like atmosphere.. that’s why I don’t understand how other people gave good comments for this resort. I just told the Resort to keep my deposited money. It’s such a disgusting place, and the management is terrible. i’m hoping that resort will close down soon.

We just had our annual Father and Son school activity for an overnight stay and we were somewhat dismay with their facility set up. Area is accessible since it is on the waze map app but somewhat confusing as they have 2 gates to get into and the other one doesn't have any signage. The Security guard in charge needs improvement in accommodating in coming guest as we were not permitted to get into the premises at gate 1 as there were instructions to proceed at gate 2. As expecting a receptionist on gate 2, we didn't get to meet anyone and not even the coordinator who is in charge as she is not around and was In Manila that time :( We went back to gate 1 to request permission to get inside and talk to anyone in charge at their office. That is the only time we were permitted to get in. The venue is huge and quite maintained somehow but their facilities needs improvement, from their rooms, water heater, available lavatories and a suppose to be a well lighted area as you might have some difficulties in reaching your rooms. Another thing that needs improvement are the food being prepared as it is not as impressive which offered 2 choices During lunch, dinner and breakfast. They should have an accessible mess room that is near to the villas. The only thing I commend was the staff were accommodating especially manong shuttle driver, other guards who were respectful. Hoping that this venue wod be able to address improvements so it would be pleasing to future guests and other members of this country club.

Nonsense *no instructions upon booking on fone. *never mentioned that the fee of 5k is only good for the entrance of 6 persons. *we were suprised they were charging us 750 per person. *they should've told us prior to booking about the regulations.

We went here last April 22, 2017 for a day tour for our family summer outing. The resort is more suitable for team building as it will cater the requirements as such. We enjoyed our stay though due to the following: - pool is safe for the children as there is one man made beach of which there is a wide portion of shallow area. - served foods are good - room is clean - prices are reasonable ...and the most important of all is the superb accommodation of our contact there. She really assisted us to provide the most reasonable price for our package of a day tour. If anyone will try this resort, I can recommend Ms. Carol Alonzo to contact with. She is really indeed will be of help to provide you with all the information you inquire and can give the best negotiated price. What also good with her is she will call you to entertain all your inquiries with your stay with the resort. The resort needs improvement with their facilities, however, upgrading is already ongoing. We will for sure to still consider this resort to our future summer outing.

The management is kind enough to accomodate our tour of the place at no cost. It's huge with lush green and the trees are obviously old. It's also communing with nature here. They have big pools and man made lakes where you can kayak or row a boat. There is also a volleyball and fishing areas. The scenic view is relaxing.

I will be staying again on my next visit at the Resort with my family. My daughter loves the man made beach and fishing and also the room we've stayed. It will be more fun for the kids if you will put a kids place for there playing area. The staffs are all very accommodating and kind. They have nice view and peaceful area . This resort is very relaxing.

Been there for a company's team building, we traveled for like 2hrs from manila. Room is acceptable but they need to upgrade their fixtures esp. for the t&b. Well they do have programs for team buildings, the area is so wide and there's a lot you can do like Amazing Race and Bonfire at Night. The lifeguards are very attentive so that's a good thing! Considering the activities this place offers, I still consider Clearwater as a must visit!

Aside from being peaceful and serine, the place has nothing much to offer. The pictures on the website are not the same as the actual resort which was very disappointing upon arrival. There are no phones in the rooms which made requesting for stuff (e.g. extra towels; beds) difficult. Amenities are not well maintained and there is no sufficient restaurant inside the resort to order room service or to dine-in.
