Even though I'm getting soak while washing my cup in your sink because the faucet is so long, and your shampoo isn't good, and your bidet toilet has no water this is a great hotel because I love the view outside the window. I feel comfortable here. I will surely recommend your hotel to everyone.
My dad and his sister, both seniors, had a wonderful and safe 9-nights/10-days quarantine stay at The Linden Suites (TLS) hotel in Ortigas. The original hotel they were supposed to be in had some issues so I had to rebook them last minute at another hotel. Glad TLS Reservations staff particularly Nicole and Lani came to the rescue as they responded and attended to my multiple inquiries immediately. Since my dad and aunt flew via PAL, TLS provided me their PAL partner rates which was actually a better deal than using their Senior Citizen ID discounts. I booked for them a Deluxe Room (twin sharing) with kitchenette minus the full board meals. Our requests for extra floor mats (anti-slip) for the kitchen and bathroom due to my aunt's proneness to falling down, plus sanitizing kits and even a rice cooker were granted by the hotel. Deluxe Room was big enough for the 2 seniors as it was a 45sqm space that even had a small dining area and other pertinent kitchen appliances. The only downside in 'living' in a hotel for several days and unable to go out is that there was no balcony nor window that can be opened from time to time. WiFi signal was also a bit weak on the 14th floor that we had to keep calling back during our frequent video calls with them or resorting to calling via trunkline. Checkout procedure was rather fast and seamless. Kudos to the hotel security who found my aunt's mobile phone that she accidentally left at the hotel lobby while finalizing their checkout. I also very much appreciated the hotel reception staff like Camille and Faye who helped me courier the mobile phone of my aunt back to her home address. Overall, I would still rate this hotel with 5 TripAdvisor points mainly because of its very helpful, patient and accommodating team which is a very important factor for me as a guest or a booking agent for my family and/or relatives most especially during this pandemic period.…
The room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities to make my quarantine as comfortable. The free meals were ok. However, the food i ordered from the restaurant were not filling. The taste was ok but the serving size was a bit on the smaller side. Also, I wish the restaurant will be open beyond 7 PM. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I never felt i was in quarantine but rather a staycation instead. All in all, a good experience
I appreciate your quick response when we need something. All the staff are respectful. Just a little comment when it comes to the food specially fish tilapia dish I found it that it needs to be more cook. Im sorry for being honest. Otherwise our stay was great. Thanks for your hospitality and accommodating us throughout this period. God bless you and more power to this great hotel.
