I said to myself "wow, this hotel is great they had very courteous employees" not until i went to the front desk to check-in. i was there the whole time,...

The hotel will arrange pickup from the airport for PHP300 (currently-check website), which can be better than 'official' taxis at PHP900+! (Think it depends what terminal you arrive at!) The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. Absolutely fine if you're using it as a base to get around. It's a few minutes walking distance to the 'Joy' bus terminal, and...

We've stayed with my family in this hotel every year since the last 3 years and our stay gets bad to worse. Just sad because I like the location. We checked in recently on Oct 13,2016.The receptionist (think her name was Angie or Angel) keeps insisting that my 7 year old daughter is considered an "adult" so we take a...

Stayed here for two nights after our flight was cancelled to Coron. The staff were very nice, rooms were clean and the hot water actually worked! Has a great rooftop pool and pool table. One night stay that is convenient and hassle free are things that what I look into hotels, and I must say, this hotel is 👍🏼. Coming from an early flight, I was immediately accommodated by the front desk and had me check in 3 hours early. Front desk staff needs a little more smile and positive aura to show to...

Before flying back to the US, I needed a room near the airport which had all room amenities and was affordable. Shogun was the only hotel that offered all I wanted. They also have an inexpensive shuttle to the airport so I didn't need to go out to the street to hail a taxi. Being single, they were a few...

Stayed in the Zen suites for 5 hours because my fiancé had an early dawn flight. We checked in at 11PM and we had the swimming pool for an hour. They were kind to inform us that we could ask for the breakfast earlier than usual and the staff were... okay. The rooms were surprisingly neat with free soaps and...
