Well you get what you pay for so avoid the "breakfast" LOL and don't avail of room service "meals" !. The Wifi is not functional - insist on free ADSL - it's 24/7 and better. We had several room shifts due to maintainence issues - the policy is to move you rather than fix the problem - and a complaint...

overall our experience was a very good one. i could not imagine a better location to see the sights in downtown makati from, across the street form greenbelt and a few minutes walk form the ayala triangle, rustan's, glorietta and landmark. all of the hotel staff we encountered were helpful and courteous. our room was very comfortable with a hardwood...

Location is really great. Shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. 5 minute walk around the area and you'll have everything you need. There's not much to choose from in their breakfast menu. Reception is very accommodating.

Stayed here overnight. The place is pretty decent for 2 people looking for a place to spend one night over. The room can get a bit claustrophobic if you stay longer. Kitchen amenities were pretty complete--we were able to cook something decent. Room's generally clean but I'm not so sure about the bed cover because it felt rough and didn't...

How can I start?Being that this place is in the middle of Makati Center,yu would think that it would be a great place to stay. The location is unbeatable, but the residences are not up to par.Rooms are outdated, breakfast was cold and sent up to our room covered in plastic.Air-con did not work in room so well and lobby was a...

Been to the Philippines countless of time. This time we decide to stay in Makati district as we were in the middle of the rainy season with typhoon and heavy rains pouring. An excellent choice as the shopping complexes are linked one to the other so even the rain pours we are still able to go shopping. Food is not...

CBD area plus stone's throw away from Greenbelt, it's inevitable to be paying anout 50USD for an average standard hotel compared to what you get for the same price in Hanoi, Vietnam - a luxurious stay. This is a delayed review - travel period was Sept 2010.

That is exactly what this condotel (condo / hotel) offers - a wonderful location in the business district of Makati. Its close proximity to Greenbelt Shopping Mall is also very useful when looking for food and amenities. Almost everything is within walking distance. Great place to meet your customers if you are just on a business visit to Manila. And...

I would advise anyone to avoid Prince Plaza II. Twenty-two days in advance, I booked a two-night stay at Prince Plaza II in Makati, via the website AsiaTravel.com. Check-in date was 8 January 2012. Booking was easy with AsiaTravel, and I promptly received an email stating, "YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED AND ACCEPTED BY THE HOTEL". After reviewing many hotels online,...
