These serviced apartments have received some negative comment on TripAdvisor with some reviewers suggesting that the rooms were drab and outmoded. With the exception of an old style CRT television set, this was not my impression. The apartments are about four minutes' walk from the excellent Greenbelt 1 to 5 shopping and restaurant complex that also has a Catholic chapel...

I brought my car and had to check-in first at the front desk before I can park the car at the hotel parking, which is a bit of a hassle. Usually it's the other way around based from my experience. Hotel parking has only one entry and exit point, and there is a part where it gets a bit steep...

I stayed here for a week in October 2013 and was very satisfied. It is close to where I was working, shopping and to eating places andso I did not cook anything myself, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked and there was enough food and a good spread for breakfast - though I by the end of the...

I like Ascott group properties in general. 2-br units in Ascott or Somerset are our first choice in any major city in South East Asia. But the service from front desk and management at this particular location made a very bad first impression. Was confirmed early checkin even after landing at Manila less than an hour before arriving only to...

Really great Makati location, you can walk to Greenbelt in just a few minutes... McDonald's nearby, and some convenience stores around the block. The room was clean, but the bathroom was very tired, and in need of a lot of work. It took 15 minutes for hot water to come out, and the water pressure wasn't great. Good cable t.v.,...

I'm the traveler who wishes to have a good night sleep after a long day. A clean bed, shower, a hotel room conveniently located near restaurants and transportation is typically enough. This hotel has all the typical standard amenities. It is close to one of the large shopping malls about 10 minutes walk. This is close to Buendia Avenue which...

I like the hotel. Despite the negative reviews that I found about it, the room was spacious, the swimming pool looked really nice, and staff was really attentive, friendly, and nice. The buffet breakfast was not as expansive thought, compared to the other hotels we stayed in. Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is conveniently nestled between commercial and business centers. Breakfast is decent, the staff friendly. My room overlooks a park which was quite refreshing to look at. This is the same park where I took my early morning walk.

Suitable for business and families. Walking distance to Greenbelt. The staff are always attentive and keen to assist. There kitchenette is fully equipped. The units are on high floors so you will have a good view of Makati / Manila.

My stay at Somerset Millenium was good until the morning I checked out. There was a 5cm (2 inch) cockroach in the bathroom. This caused my evaluation of the condo to precipitate, sorry. Upon check-in, they gave me an upgraded unit--king-size bed, coffee table and chair, TV + VCR, work table, couch and coffee table, and kitchen. No bath...
