The room they called studio was really small- only beds, TV, fridge, closet. No table and chairs. Poor breakfast, cockroaches. The room smelled really bad. No upper sheets, only blanket. Pillows are really uncomfortable. For 2000 PHP you can find better place to stay.

at the heart of Makati with just a bus, or jeepney ride to nearby malls. Plus you get free delicious breakfast. LRT and MRT is just one jeepney ride too. From the airport you can take the skyway to avoid the traffic and get to the hotel in notime .

Whenever I am in Manila for medical reasons, i always prefer to stay in this place. Aside from its location and reasonable price , hotel staff are so welcoming, warm and helpful. They see to it that they attend to your needs with smile and willingness, special mention to Michael at the front desk. Amaxx can be considered as a...

They gave my room (which was already paid) away to another customer because I arrived late (around 12mn) and they didn't think I would be coming at all. Fortunately for me, I actually got an upgrade because they had no other available rooms for the price I paid for. They had no choice since it was their mistake. I wish...

The room was big and comfortable. After a day of frolicking in the metro we enjoy coming home to our comfortable beds. Warm shower and soft pillows guaranteed a good rest. The staff were accomodating and even when we got up late we still had breakfast available.

very friendly and attentive staff. I chose the solo room with TV. bed comfortable and the room clean. The shared bathroom and toilet is ok, in working condition and clean. There is a sofa on the lobby but too many mosquitoes! there are no elevators. location is in a residential area with stores outside and 7-11 round the corner. Breakfast...

Stayed for 2 days since it is the nearest and cheapest Bed and breakfast from Ateneo de Manila Professional school. Booked through agoda weeks before our stay. The location was quite tricky but you can always rely on google map. Complementary Breakfast is served and great choices of viand. I get to sleep well at night. 👌

It has been my third time to stay in this hotel. The place is very accessible to shopping centers and Central Business District particular in Makati. I don't expect so much about my room with the price i paid but overall i had a satisfying and comfortable stay. Staffs are accommodating. Would come back next time I visit manila
