Our nice little spot at Howzat was over booked so we were asked to move for the night down to L&B. The bed was uncomfortable. The AC barley worked and stopped working completely at 3am. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. And to top it of the Shower had NO water pressure in the morning. NO...

At a ridiculously low price this hotel affords one a place to sleep in safely and comfortably. Plumbing needs work as the drains run bad. No coffee shop but there is a nearby convenience store. Walking distance to all Makati nightspots albeit the red light district, this is my Clients' fave and now l understand why.

Clean rooms, hot water and quiet. Php1,600 for standard room and Php1,900 for deluxe. You can't find better than that in Makati at the moment (Dec 2014). Within 100 meters of Howzat, Heckle & Jeckle and Handlebar. Great location Downsides ... only 2 parking spacse outside so if you're bring the car be prepared to hunt down a parking space...

For a cheap price (compared to other hotels in Makati), I think L&B offers the best rooms for sleeping and short rest/relaxation before a busy day in the city. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are newly-renovated and are considerably clean. The bed, pillows and bed sheets/blankets are not of great quality though, but nevertheless clean. The...

Aside from its ideal Location, L & B Suites is an excellent choice for weddings on a budget, our wedding was held on their function room, and everything was perfect. We stayed there before and after our wedding our only complaint was the noise coming from the Christmas party being held upstairs the night before our wedding which made us...

The hotel used to be called OKA hotel and after being taken over and revamped, its now called L&B suites. The hotel is well situated and well priced, but it is offset by the staff. The front of house staff are rude and unhelpful You will be made to pay upfront for your whole stay, leaving me to feel that...
