It was a distinct pleasure staying at the Joya Lofts and Towers. The hotel is clean, so is the room I stayed at. It was a superb experience, from the courteous and polite staff down to the crew of the restaurant where I took my breakfast. It was worth the effort locating this property at around 2am. Fantabulous hotel! I...

Clean, comfortable and family based place. Staffs are very helpful and entrepreneur to provide their services to you. 2 choices of restaurants for breakfast despite they're not as we like as Arab food. Nearby one of best shopping malls. Panoramic beautiful view on Makati city. If I come back to Manila, I'm gonna stay there.

I automatically give a five-star when a hotel gives me a service-beyond-duty moment. That happened when I arrived late at night to join my wife who have checked in earlier. The hotel is in an exclusive enclave that is just right across the mall. There are also lots of restaurants around. Rockwell area is like the more exclusive area of...

This hotel located in Rockwell Makati a very exclusive place for upperclass people in Manila. Though you feel safe staying here but nothing really special when you compare it to other metropolis city abroad. We are a bit stress when we leave as it take ages for the lobby personnel to get us a taxi and we have a flight...

I check in around 9pm and the front desk(i'm sorry if I can't remember your name) assist me with a sweet smile. Thank you for you great costumer service. Keep it up! :). As I enter my room, i stay at 16th floor. Everything are on good condition. The room is clean. With a full kitchen. Beds are comfortable. I...

Located in Rockwell, Makati it's a great location in a small enclave opposite the Powerplant shopping mall. I've stayed a few times at this location in Manilla and found the staff to always be friendly and welcoming. Great service with well equipped clean rooms, that are serviced everyday. Bonus if you are staying for a while given they are serviced...

Close to green belt and the fort. Service and security is top notch. Would stay there again in my next trip. Only downside is that the shower seems weak and it takes a while to adjust the temperature.

This place is right across from the snazzy Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, Makati, and has pleasant rooms with some good views, if you choose carefully. The staff is very helpful. It's expensive, but, if you can afford it, it's quite nice to be away from the noise, the fumes, the rampant ugliness of Manila -- not to mention the...

Stayed for a week for business. Apartment had everything you could want - fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities etched. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Plus it's in a convenient location. Well recommended.

I often stay at the Makati or BGC area for business or pleasure, but recently I have stayed at the Rockwell area, and I'm finding it a very good option, even better, depending on what you want, in terms of hotel and surrounding area. Joya Lofts is a serviced apartment type, and it comes fully furnished. Unlike other serviced residences,...

Joya Lofts and Towers is a modern, unique and innovative concept. Consisting of two yin-yang shaped high-rise residential towers, Architects W. V. Coscolluela and Associates are responsible for the sheer elegance and beauty of these high-rise condominiums inspired by the Santana Row in San Francisco, California. Located at the exclusive and welcoming community of the Rockwell Center, Joya Lofts and Towers is a stone's throw away from the Power Plant Mall and minutes away from the Makati Central Business District and other major business districts such as Bonifacio Global City and Ortigas. Exclusive residential villages Dasmarinas Village and Forbes Park are also within close proximity. Rockwell's Joya Lofts and Towers continued to introduce innovations in the market as it has pioneered loft living in the country. Joya also offers all the recreation you want, with its swimming pools in tropical landscape setting, garden and playground which provide a breathtaking view for the podium units.
