at first i was very disappointed because when we arrived, their parking is already full so we have to unload our stuff in a nearby gas station instead. when the staff noticed that i am really stressed out, they immediately assisted me and made sure my family would still feel convenient despite the parking problem. the room is unexpectedly huge!!!!...

My partner and I stayed at Veniz twice now over the past two years. I have found it close to everything we wanted to see in Baguio. Very close to the markets and a short taxi ride to the strawberry fields. The only thing I had to complain about was the shower in our room was broken so had to...

I have stayed in this hotel several times because we do seminars here about 3-4 times a year. The hotel is centrally located and is within a short walking distance to the various transportation hubs which makes the location ideal for our business purposes. The Veniz is a short walk to the park, restaurants, shops, transportation hubs, and with a...

Stayed there for 2 nights, i didn't expect that room was spacious though we only booked the junior room. Toilet was newly renovated i guess, so clean. They even provided new hair dryer inside the toilet. The towels are soft and i guess new coz its super white. Bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping ladies are very accommodating & prompt with...

The front desk staffs are arrogant. They can't even communicate with their guests properly. I leave my key card with one of their front desk staffs before roaming baguio. We went back before dinner but to my dismay, the keycard was nowhere to be found. They insisted that i didn't leave the keycard with them. The front desk lady keeps...

Stayed at a Superior Family for one night. Nothing spectacular in this hotel. The only best thing here is the location. No wifi in room, even if we were at the lobby it's not working. Room is old, and quite dark. No windows also. There was also that annoying sound in the bathroom every time we use the toilet or...

Veniz has been my go to hotel for so long. I've stayed here for at least 6 times since 2012. However after the last 3 visits including this one I will be strongly considering other options. The past 3 visits, Veniz has been plagued with Wi-Fi issues, this last visit lasted my entire stay for 3 days. No sense of...
