I have stayed in this hotel several times because we do seminars here about 3-4 times a year. The hotel is centrally located and is within a short walking distance to the various transportation hubs which makes the location ideal for our business purposes. The Veniz is a short walk to the park, restaurants, shops, transportation hubs, and with a... More

Stayed there for 2 nights, i didn't expect that room was spacious though we only booked the junior room. Toilet was newly renovated i guess, so clean. They even provided new hair dryer inside the toilet. The towels are soft and i guess new coz its super white. Bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping ladies are very accommodating & prompt with... The front desk staffs are arrogant. They can't even communicate with their guests properly. I leave my key card with one of their front desk staffs before roaming baguio. We went back before dinner but to my dismay, the keycard was nowhere to be found. They insisted that i didn't leave the keycard with them. The front desk lady keeps... More

Stayed at a Superior Family for one night. Nothing spectacular in this hotel. The only best thing here is the location. No wifi in room, even if we were at the lobby it's not working. Room is old, and quite dark. No windows also. There was also that annoying sound in the bathroom every time we use the toilet or... More

Veniz has been my go to hotel for so long. I've stayed here for at least 6 times since 2012. However after the last 3 visits including this one I will be strongly considering other options. The past 3 visits, Veniz has been plagued with Wi-Fi issues, this last visit lasted my entire stay for 3 days. No sense of... More

Pros: - centrally and conveniently located near most tourist spots - very accessible to public transportation - spacious and clean room (stayed in a family suite) - buffet breakfast is just right Cons: - no wifi inside the room - no bottled water provided daily, only purified water supplied in a pitcher upon request - limited parking slots

Always checked in with family at Hotel Veniz due to convenience of location. I gave it a good score for value for money. Don't confuse it as a 5 star hotel because it is not. Over the years i have seen its deterioration, once we even transfered because of mold in the bath and filthy carpet. This time we checked... More

The aircon was noisy. The room, not so clean, The bathroom floor was wet when I got in. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating, and they were the saving grace on my rather tiring day. Food was okay, but they had the best city location .

We stayed on 10/29-10/30 with my family. Our overall stay is good, the room is big and clean with all the basics you need when staying in a hotel (H/C shower, aircon etc.). Check in/out is easy, one staff help us with our bags, Mcdonalds/sunshine supermarket within the building is a plus. walking distance to burnham park, session and harisson... More

Im not sure if they were trying to tricked us or the frontdesk we spoke to was simply not trained. First, we asked if how much will be the extra fee for a pillow and the frontdesk said that it's for free so we requested for 4 extra pillow but none came. So we called again and guess what? I...
