It was a Penagbenga Festive season so all the hotels were booked. So we thought to booked this hotel with very minimum expectation and booked this hotel a month before, but it was just pathetic and did not meet with a single expectation. As we entered in the reception lobby it was stinky. We asked for a room but it...

I love staying here primarily because it has its own spa! Great after 2 days working in Baguio. Then you go down and have your dinner, then your spacious room. All in one place. However, it is far from the center town. That would be your main concern. But if you are not in a hurry and love the added...

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. They are cheap for only 1500 a night. Big rooms, and beds. The hallways are dark and musty, they have terrible air-fresheners. The rooms need renovation, old tv and fridge. The shower glass is falling apart. Terrible service with breakfast, they served our breakfast to the wrong guests.

The hotel denied me of my full PWD discount because, as the receptionist said, they were just obeying their hotel regulations. It is extremely disappointing that institutions such as this still exist in the Philippines.

The location is far from the city proper. It is very hard to get a taxi or even ride a jeepney. I usually spend 45 minutes to 1 hour just waiting for a ride. Grabtaxi don't help at all, that's how problematic the location is. Also the exhaust fan in the toilet allows the cold to enter the room when...

I booked this hotel via asia travel since most of the hotels in Baguio were fully booked in line with their festival. Wrong move. Asia travel rate is higher compared to the rate at the hotel. Rated as 3 star hotel but it looks just like a budget hotel. I wasn't able to find their gym or the sort of...

Accomodating families in a grand style takes more than putting in a lot of beds on a large floor area and calling it a presidential. First it should have a separation between living area's and sleeping area's. Secondly, calling it preseidential gives some impression that all ammendities will work perfectly (power, light) and service is top notch. Having one bath...

My inlaws live along Marcos Highway so each time I visit Baguio I would always see this hotel. It's hard to miss because it lights up like a Christmas tree each night. Me and my wife took the standard room since and boy we were mislead by the pictures. We were escorted to the 2nd floor. The hotel is on...

The past three reviews from others say it all. I should have listened!!! I am following this complaint up with the Baguio Dept of Tourism and the Hotel and Restaurant Assoc of Baguio. Never pay for your room in advance at this place. They will never give you a refund for any reason. "We have no refund policy"...Seems they think...
