Unless you like Filipino breakfast go out and find breakfast. They don't have English tea or milk, and the cooked selection is mainly rice and fish. The rooms are finished to a very high standard, and the hotel has an international feel. You reserve your room on line with a deposit, and when you arrive reception staff point you to...

We chose this hotel because its next to cafe by the ruins where we had our lunch upon arrival in Baguio City and that it's summer so even though the temperature is a bit low compared to Manila, you would really need an air-conditioned room for your afternoon nap. Everything seems to be so wrong in this hotel. Upon checking...

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff that we came into contact were cheerful and professional. However, everything after that went down hill. First of all: Who is responsible for the design and construction of that hotel? Baguio is a city which due to its elevation, no air-conditioning is needed. You can not open the windows on this hotel. Instead,...

I booked this Hotel in September for a trip on Dec.28. I contacted them on their Facebook, Twitter and even emailed them to try to confirm my booking since I've never booked with Agoda before. None of these communication got answered. I had to contact my niece in the Philippines to put a call to the. When we got to...

For those who are looking for a function hall to celebrate any occasions, I DO NOT recommend this hotel. They hired the wrong event coordinator with poor time management skill and very disorganized. The taste of their food is not the same with the food they've prepared for the food tasting. The portion and the taste of during the event...

This is an economy hotel, aptly called a business hotel. We attended a workshop and stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Plus points: 1. Right at the city center, very near city hall, burnham park, malls and commercial center, just beside Cafe by the Ruins and near Padis point. 2. Economical since it s a budget hotel 3. Two...
