The stay was quite nice. The owner of the hotel proved very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The downside, it is a bit away from the center in a dangerous area (locals say).

I found this hostal while at the bus station in Puno. After booking a day trip to the nearby islands at a desk, the lady recommended this place. She called and reserved my spot. For 30 soles I received a huge room with two extremely confortable double beds, hot water, 2 towels, TV, fast WiFi, and toilet paper. It might...

I can't find a way to contact the hostel so if you see this please help! I think I lost my GoPro camera at this hostel. It is in a blue dry sack/bag of the rand sea2summit. It contains both camera (brand is Rayne), floatie (red) and some extra acc. If you find it I will pay you an appreciation!...

Good breakfast with omelettes, clean rooms and a very nice owner! Though we had a problem making a tour with him, as he told is, there would be an English guide. When we arrived it was all in Spanish. It was a 2 day trip... but it was a nice stay.

Pros: The room are great The breakfast is very good. The wi fi is fine. Cons: Owner is very annoying. He always bugs you when you are in the kitchen. Also accused me for breaking something. No hot water. Don't book your trips with them (they will just lie to you). They only occasionally answer the bell and open the...

A good breakfast and a kitchen where you can cook your own meal. Very good wifi! The hostal is in a quiet street very...

We booked a trip to the lake titikaka with a night in a host family on the lake included. So we just wanted to drop our luggage at the lake hostal. They took our luggage and locked it in to a small room. So we felt safe. But the next day we went back to grab our luggage and the...

Booked by recommendation of a tour operator in Arequipa - price and location was good (a little bit of the main path but one reaches the city center and all the restaurants in 5 minutes walking). The hot water did not work in the room on top and when asked, the staff said I should try later - no luck....

My friend and I arrived early from Cusco and needed a place to stay for cheap. A man suggested this hostel and it was a fantastic choice. The owner is one of the nicest people you will meet and is in a great location. I would highly recommend this place, best bang for your buck!
