But, it is growing outdated rapidly. We enjoyed our stay but felt it was over stated in its information. We did enjoy the breakfast that came with the room. There are many attractions nearby to keep you busy. At 12,600 feet elevation, it is a marvel to be able to get around.

This large hotel is bizarre. Cross between a urban conference centre and late 90s modern apartment complex, but situated on a remote island 5km from the town that affords it the most wonderful views of the late. Half the area of the hotel is given over to an expansive lobby and other rather under-utilized communal areas, while the hotel (standard...

We stayed at a close by different local motel and wanted to eat somewhere nice. The dinner was very good and the prices for food, as we have noted inPeru, are very economical. This was a five-star hotel and restaurant and we had dinner for two including drinks for about $80.

Nice hotel. It's secluded from the main square so you need to take a taxi to go out for dinner etc. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view of the sunset. The staff is attentive and the hotel is clean. We also had dinner at their restaurant which doesn't have a whole lot of choices for...

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Libertador Puno. The rooms are spacious and clean, room service is scary-fast, they had O2 for one of our party that had altitude sickness, and the staff helped us to connect with the various tours we took while visiting Lake Titicaca. We ate in the restaurant one night, and the food was...

We stayed there for 2 nights and the hotel was a very nice place to rest up after long days out and about. The room we had was quite comfortable, and the bar and light food was great. They were very attentive to all our needs and requirements.

There is nothing interesting about this hotel. Sure you get a view of the lake but even that is a bit of a failure. No outside deck or area to sit and relax to enjoy it. They simply want your money and then for you to go so they can move on to the next tourist or bus load. Rooms...

We have been to the Libertador Hotel in Oct'16 for 2 nights stay. On the reservation, they said that all rooms have lake view but be careful the magic views are the ones facing Bolivia not Puno city (which is fairly disappointed). Except the views and hotel location, the facilities (rooms & spa) are quite old and need refurbishment to...

The Libertador was once a prison but there is nothing to indicate that. It is a comfortable, well maintained and light and airy hotel, overlooking Lake Titicaca with views of the floating reed villages and the town of Puno across the bay. It is on a rocky island with nice gardens and walks from the hotel along the shore of...

A 5 star hotel, no!.... The food and view was very good but the room was adequate. The boat to see the floating islands and other sites on Lake Titicaca can almost up to the door. To shop downtown, a cab is needed. My wife hired a car and driver to shop and get a brief tour of a few...
