We based our Lake Titicaca visit from the Intiqa Hotel, and were very pleased with our choice. The room was pleasant, with a thermos of hot water and tea choices, and a hot water bottle for the bed to boot! We found the front office staff very helpful in booking bus tickets (much cheaper than we found online) and a...

We really enjoyed the IntIqua hotel and I would definitely recommend it to someone else. We liked the location of the hotel and appreciated the hotel setting up our transfers. The rooms were clean, nice, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! I am glad we had a room on the upper floor due to the noise of the hotel. The...

The location is central to old town Puno and the hotel staff were both friendly and helpful. We appreciated the effort by the people in the breakfast restaurant to serve us a wonderful breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning.

A hot water bottle in your bed every night keeps you snug on the coldest of nights. Double/twin rooms are a good size, nicely decorated, smallish but clean bathrooms with bath & plenty of very hot water. Wifi a bit intermittent. A great choice for a mid-priced hotel.

Is the first time that I visit Puno and this hotel I liked very much, the staff was very helpful the rooms all clean and with a landscape so pretty are modern and confortable. The area is quiet and central of the city. We got hot water bottles and the heating was a great detail we stayed hot all night....

Nice place to stay, many tourist and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is included and the tour agency in the hotel is very handy. Good location close to the Main Street. The bath rooms are very basics as they are all around puno. Excellent service.

Room was in odd location with an enclosed large skylight? All night long I could hear a TV or radio and a man talking very loudly and singing until 5 AM. Didn't appear to be in the hotel.... Maybe wall on backside of our room or skylight area. Staff was not friendly or helpful. We were told they could arrange...

Overall a nice hotel for good value! The rooms were nice and cosy, and the staff left hot water bottles and thermos with teabags for the night which was a nice touch. The only 2 drawbacks are that the walls are very thin and the on/off connection with wifi but otherwise it was a nice 2 night stay! Breakfast was...

I booked our one-night stay through Peruvian website Despegar.com, which gave us a price of 63.sth USD for a twin room. My friend didn't bring her passport but I had mine. When we checked out, they gave me a price of 20 USD more. I showed them my reservation and was told that because my friend hadn't brought her passport,...

Situated in a good area and only about 10 minutes walk from the main shopping part of town. The room was basic but nice and the service was excellent and there were lovely touches like a hot water bottle in the bed each night! This was so nice, we didn't even bother going out for dinner one night! We stayed...
