Nice and comfortable hotel very close to Plaza de Armas. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is kind and pleasant. The breakfast is good and it's served on the fifth floor, from where you can enjoy a very nice view of the Sun rising on Titikaka lake.

This hotel has nice rooms, the breakfast room is lovely and the service is great. It is a bit of a trek to get up to the hotel from the town and I certainly wouldn't advise anybody to walk back to the hotel by themselves at night. There is only wi-fi at reception.

We stayed here as part of a G group before embarking to lake titicaca. The rooms were basic but the beds were comfy. Our shower didn't actually have a shower head, it was just a spout of water! The wifi was good and the breakfast was simple with eggs and bread. The hotel was safe and you had to buzz... More

Close to the Plaza de Armas this Hostel is clean and the rooms are big. The continental breakfast, being already served from 6.30 am on, is nice as well. We can really recommend this place for one or two nights.

Our stay at this hotel was great thanks to the staff who helped us with every necessity that we had. (electric heater, late night request, offer to pick up laundry next door, took care of our luggage on our last day and let us stayed in the lobby as long as we needed before going to the bus station). We... More

I really like this hotel we got a room on the top floor next to the breakfast area with panoramic views of Lake Titicaca and the city. Breakfast has good quality eggs and bread. The staff are very helpful and the service is excellent. The only downsides are it is located a little outside of the city centre up a... More

A fairly sizeable hotel not too far from the centre. The breakfast is on the top floor and if you get up early enough there are incredible sunrise views over the lake. The top floor (5th) is a little bit of a treck and i dont think that there was a lift. The rooms were fine , clean and basic.

Hostal Helena Inn is a pleasant, centrally located hotel in Puno - just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas and Calle Lima, where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good compared to what we had experienced elsewhere in Peru, with freshly cooked eggs for each guest and plentiful bread. The breakfast room is... More

Positives: - Our room was large and very clean. - The people at the reception were very friendly. Not everyone spoke english very well but they tried their best. Of course it helps if you know a little Spanish, but that is the case at all the hotels we stayed at. - Breakfast was very nice. The restaurant was located... More
