It was best managed event and all my family members are happy and they liked the decorations and all other necessary actions. Especially the rooms were great and the event hall was on our requirements. Food service was great also.

Sorry to say but this was the worst experience. Rooms were in pathetic condition and aged requires refurbishment. No parking space was available had to wait to find myself a spot. Staff are not really that accommodating with a bad attitude. You guys need to train your staff.

You need to improve your standard and cleanliness. Staff attitude is very bad. There was parking issue and the rooms were not properly cleaned. You really need to work on these things other wise you will loose business.

This is well placed near to Liataq Bagh which is recognised by rickshaw drivers for returning there. The wifi is pretty good and the restaurant serves fairly priced and reasonable fare. Yes I would use this hotel again.

We booked room on fone and came directly from swat at 12 am . Receptionist behavior was bad weird. He said give me advance payment.we told them that payment always given at checkout and this is followed by every hotel. Then he said we booked mini executive room for you but when we saw that room then extra ordinary died mouse smell in bath so we change other room. That room sofa was extra dirty so we put clean sheet to sit. 80% bathroom tabs were not working and no exhaust fan for bathroom. Well in morning breakfast was good and we also complain with higher management.

Security not that great. Just walked passed them without a blink of an eye. Reception very laid back, not clear on what they tried to explain and had to ask three or four times. The room was a double but they fitted a double bed in a single room, shower toilet adequate but and this is a massive but, no hot water!!!!! Luke warm was the best I could get and that may have been due to the sun shining on the water pipes outside! Evening meal was interesting .... ordered chicken karahi, which was very nice . Had roti with it but I didn’t understand the decorations in my dish with small rolled up pieces of soggy naan breads! However it tasted nice . As a side dish I order a mixed platter which consisted of fish pieces in bread and chicken wings also lined with bread crumbs or some sort of ingredient! The fish was soggy and the chicken was burnt ! Anyhow, after thanking them and giving the management feedback of the platter and the remainder of my experience in the restaurant, I ordered a coffee for room service....... whilst typing this 10 hours have passed and am still waiting for the coffee!! Ok breakfast was interesting... As soon as I entered the restaurant I gave my number to the receptionist and had a seat. It was a buffet so I looked around for the juice but to no avail. I asked for juice and was told by the waiter that they have no juice. I asked to speak to the manager as I was still have withdrawal symptoms from my coffee I didn’t get. The manager came and started speaking to me in English and made me feel like I have just met up with my long lost Bessie mate....... I asked for a glass of juice and told the manager that all restaurants have juice for the morning breakfast. He told me the juicer was broken. After showing my tantrum face for a nano of a second, within 15.5 seconds I had a glass of juice on my table. Then I eventually asked for a coffee as i couldn’t find it on the buffet, with arrived half stirred with black pieces floating on the top. Not a great service and room facility was inadequate. I’d give it 1.5 out of 10

Very decent place for a stay in RWP and even ISB. Literally next to the Murree Road, so doesn't take long to reach the main places in RWP and ISB in. Could do with some investment in washrooms and additional services that come with 3 or 4 star hotels.
