Front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are immaculately clean, and well equipped with fitted clean bedsheets. and the pool area is lovely to sit at. I loved the entire staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. When I arrived early with my family, Mr. Sajid was accommodating and provided access to the pool/spa area. while we were welcome at Reception with greeting.. The hallways and the shared areas such as the lobby were clean and beautifully decorated.. we have visited restaurants and found varieties of Ramadan dishes. Overall food was fresh and testy, we also observed restaurant found neat and clean with nice sitting arrangements would absolutely recommend this accommodation. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you, PC Management.

A beautiful lobby greets you but the rooms are not a match. Decent enough but first the door would not close. Reported it but no response until I went to the desk and complained very loudly. They then moved us to another room. Water supply is iffy, had to complain to get warm water which they then turned on. Rooms was big, beds comfortable, well appointed. Food at the Front Page restaurant was very good, very reasonably priced and were huge portions. Staff there were good particularly the restaurant staff. Many hotels in Asia are similar in that the lobbies promise a lot - they are huge, with beautiful flowers and live music, marble all over and it makes one expect a beautiful room but alas, that is not what you get.

I stay at Pearl Continental quite often. The staff are polite and helpful.
Housekeeping staff Anila deserves a commendation as she knows my preferences and ensures the room is in perfect order.
Marco polo needs more staff as when it is extremely busy, they have short falls and things get neglected.
The front office staff is pleasant. Few of the new inductees need to be more aware of how they deal with guests. I prefer the senior staff at the reception.
Faiza, from happy to help is also very courteous and goes out of her way to ensure that my stay is comfy and my requests promptly met.
Laundry staff are very accommodating and deliver my laundry on time.
Overall, everything has been fine.
Please keep it up.

Room num 213The hotel is situated in a best location, close to main Markets and restaurants nearby mall road, if you need anything you found within walking distance.
The Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The room was clean, tidy and bathroom also found clean and fresh and provided all the necessary amenities. The room was also very comfortable and with clean bedding also lived up to expectations.
The free breakfast offered a wide range of food and drink, presented in a buffet.

I stayed here for 2 nights. From making the booking, the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Prompt reply to all my questions, efficient arranging of hotel transfer and no confusion when I arrived to check in at 4am.
The room was well air conditioned and very comfortable, just what was needed after a long journey. The bathroom was clean and well stocked and it was clear that some pride had been taken in preparing the room.
Having food in the cafe was a pleasant experience with polite prompt service and the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging taxis and giving me advice about where to go shopping.
Rawalpindi is an amazing city and Pearl Continental is a perfect place to stay to enjoy it.

Very welcoming attitude of front desk staff with capacious clean rooms. Bathroom are clean, well equipped gym, pool and executive lounge. Good variety of food in restaurant lobby floor. Lobby specious and clean. My family also love clean and comfortable beds. I love this hotel & environment that the staff has provided. The hotel was the perfect accommodation for our group given that it has all the modern comforts one would expect from a premier hotel chain. All the restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices, and all staff we encountered were focused on making our stay feel special. As a group of three cricket fans visiting Rawalpindi for the test match, we wouldn't hesitate in booking the hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.

Overall cleaning of hotel is in excellent, rooms and bathroom clean and well maintained. Laundry service is also available around the clock and prompt as well. Overall restaurant is neet and clean. Real Five Star hotel with the best experience. Housekeeping staff members. Well trained and accomating. The room is well clean with good quality product in room. Bedding was comfortable and clean bedsheets and well being offered all accessories from all aspects. Bathroom was clean and fresh looking hyganic with fresh and clean towels with lastedt amenities being provided. At evening we have get the service with folding bed from one side duly placed sleeper beside the bed and bathroom refresh. This is additional service we have get. Floor incharge Mr. Akbar is very cooperative and helpful and willing to give us professional service at all the time. Thanks PC management for valuable hospitality.
