We visited September 2016 to Salalah. We unfortunately booked this Hotel. This is a registered 2 star hotel (Which I don't think they deserve even). The first impression itself was bad. As we got into lobby we could smell stinking smell there itself. Even after doing online booking and confirming before reaching there, to our surprise our rooms were not...

I visited salalah from Muscat. As soon as I checked in problems started pouring out. The only point you can award is for the friendly staff. The location is not nice. The rooms I feel have never been maintained above all the rooms are not clean, the lenin old and worst conditions. There is no hot water.

Had to spend 3 days in the hotel, obviously we can't expect more than what we paid for..staff very approachable, rooms are big enough. Best option for tourists who spend most time outside for roaming around exploring the beauty of salalah

They stole 30 Rials from me, did not clean the room any night, there was no hot water, the 'mini-bar' was completely empty, the wardrobes did not shut and the TV was tiny and did not work anyway. They did not replace toiletries or clean the bathroom, and there was no toilet paper on the second day. I had to...
