Nice location.we give it a look in our visit to barka. friendly staff and good room rates. But extremely high prices for drinks in the bar. Not recommended to drink there. Or maybe bring your drinks from hotels near by
Beautiful and cozy resort with amazing view, very friendly and helpful staff. Especially I would like to thank Rajesh and the manager of the resort Ajay . Ajay is taking care about his guests a lot which we do appreciate. It was my first experience staying in Nahda Resort ,Barka . I would definitely come back. Overall, it's been a great time.
A very beautiful site. A perfect spot for a getaway with friends or family. Stayed over for the new year and the celebrations were great! A lot of fun activities to pass the time. The buffet breakfast was also a delight.
What a beautiful kickstart to 2021 at Al Nahda Resort & Spa. Just loved everything about it. The new year's Eve party with DJ was fantastic & kept us thrilled through out. A big thanks to Abhishek Sehgal who has taken care of us ( group of 23 people) so well with all the minute things ...great hospitality by him. Would definitely suggest this place for all the special occasions.
Al Nadha is a beautiful, enormous property and has activities to do for all age-groups. Stayed with family and friends over the new year, was lots of fun, taking walks, cycling, swimming etc. The staff is extremely kind and professional, especially Mr.Abhishek . It is a magical getaway not very far from the city. Would recommend 100%.
We stayed for two nights at Al Nahdha Resort. Although we had got free upgradation to Premium suite, we chose to stay in executive suite due to its proximity. The property when we visited was almost empty due to covid. Buffet dinner and breakfast was also not available, though plenty of option available for breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing in taste and sumptuous. Bar option is less due to less crowd in recent days. Full lush green trees and bird chirping all day long made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable and most importantly due to Mr. Abhishek (the resort manager), he is complete all rounder serving multiple duties together to make the guests’ stay more comfortable. Note: property is going under renovation soon and expected to attract tourist in coming days. I would definitely recommend this resort going for relaxing holidays. …
A very relaxing stay. A quiet place, close to nature with hospitable staff. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a get away from the stress of recent events. Adequate social distancing and precautionary measures followed throughout the stay
We had gone to Al Nahda resort for a one night stay during the oman national day holidays. The check in took a good 40 mins and one could easily make out that they had not planned adequately for the holiday rush. While the resort itself is spread over a vast area, it hardly has any facilities especially for young children. They have swimming pool (no towels when we went in the morning) and cycles . The only think we liked about the property is the lush green surroundings and the open spaces. The rooms itself were barely maintained. We had two rooms booked and faced a range of issues including TVs not working, geyser issue, telephone not working etc. While the dining area was spaced out well, they were not serving food in the rooms. This was especially concerning considering that few ppl would prefer to have food in their room considering the risk with many ppl in the buffet area. My inference is that they dint have enough staff to service all the guest. To top it, the buffet was priced high and was not at all value for money. All and all, not a very good experience. I hope they make better use of the huge property which they have and put it to good use.…
10 on 10 for Al Nahda Resort.OMAN. The protocols were followed at the tee . well maintained and spacious cosy rooms.Dining ambience and meals were absolutely wonderful..Nature bound fresh air adds more beauty to the stay and the best part was the staff..so warm and hospitable.over all an excellent experience.
Visited Al Nahda after a long while. The resort has well maintained the plants and trees, it is rare to have such a large green garden resort in the middle east. Walking and cycling through the property was enjoyable. However, the property have overall lost it's charm, except the lush greenery. Many old facilities are non-functional, mainly after covid shutdown. Dining at Restaurant was not restarted, but they delivered the meals to the room. Swimming pool area is still scenic, but pool is not maintained well. Rooms are spacious but lost the old charm. There were only very limited gusts, we felt like the whole property belonged to us.
